early check in had to wait about 10 minutes, even though we had asked for early check in at exactly 14.00. But it was not a problem because we could walk around in front of the apartment because it directly faces the bay. entered the room, it was quite clean. except the bathroom was a bit dirty and smelly. cutlery was available (plates, glasses, spoons, bowls) a broom and mop were also available, so we could clean the room ourselves unfortunately mineral water is not provided every day. the second day we didn't get mineral water, even though we had previously confirmed whether we would still get mineral water or not.

Good but unfortunately many of the properties are damaged and fragile

The AC is not cold, after we complained there was no response, it was dirty and there were still remnants of liquor bottles.

I hope the apartment can improve the facilities. The bathroom smells so bad that I had to spray it with perfume. This is my first time staying here but I'm really disappointed with the condition of the room 😭

Bathroom water is small, no signal

The condition of the room was very poorly maintained and was no longer suitable for rent, so in the end, within approximately 1 hour of checking in, we checked out and moved to another hotel.

Very unsatisfactory in terms of the lift, it was pending for up to 2 hours and couldn't go up, when I wanted to check out the lift couldn't go down due to changing the electricity or whatever brand language, just really disappointed 😠.

The hotel staff is friendly, the only downside is that the TV doesn't work.

It's best to reconfirm the owner one day beforehand.

The bathroom was so smelly that you had to buy your own bathroom freshener, coffee, tea and sugar were not provided as stated in the description. And the swimming pool couldn't be used because it was said to be under maintenance.

The bedroom quite okay, however the staff apartment service/admin whatsapp was difficult to contact/passive, and 30 minutes late to check in, toilet also quite dirty/not maintained well.

Banyak kecoa, exhaust mati, kamar mandi kuning sekali otolong jangan kse sewa klu nd layak tinggal akg.

The service is slow and slow to respond to chat. As a customer, I have difficulty asking questions if there are any problems.
