Access to the pool and jacuzzi is a bit far and from the parking lot to the room is quite a distance but fortunately there is a team from the resort who helps carry the luggage, and it pays off because the green scenery is very beautiful. Hopefully the toilet will be better because it's a bit uncomfortable. But it doesn't make me regret it, I really want to go back there. The food is also delicious. 🥰

Please note that children aged 8 years are considered adults. Need to add 100 thousand per night even without an extra bed. This is quite surprising because it does not appear on the app page policy. The lobby staff showed their cellphones stating the provisions but could not show it on the app on my cellphone or my wife's. Overall it is a nice place for staycation.

very private place, very comfortable for those who like the silence of the lodging location. just a note that the bathroom floor is still very slippery, and mosquito repellent must also be prepared for guests (luckily I brought my own). thank you for the service, hopefully I can stay again with my extended family.

The bed is noisy, the mattress is not big enough, there is no wifi, the signal is bad, the water heater is broken.

The accommodation is comfortable and family-friendly, because it is suitable for staying with parents (elderly) and toddlers. The food is also delicious. The staff are friendly, but the downside is that the room area is not very clean and the mattress looks old, and there is no doormat, there is no hot water in the water heater. Overall, staying here is recommended.

Beyond our expectations! Really nice place to spend our weekend with family.

In each room there are 2 fixed floor beds that cannot be used and are only closed using curtains. Even upon arrival, the curtains are wide open. At the front office when checking in, they were not informed that opening the bed would incur additional charges. Very trapping. Customer service or admin from the office or the hotel are very uninformative. Bad experience

The atmosphere of the inn is cool. surrounded by many trees. there is also a swimming area, equipped with a hot water pool. overall it is quite comfortable to stay here 2x. only in the bathroom, it needs a little renovation (it's been a long time) so the floor and walls look dirty

Hot water in the bathroom sometimes comes on and sometimes goes off. Hopefully it will be better in the future.

The villa concept is nice and cool, but during the day it is a bit hot because there is no AC. Simple cooking utensils are provided (stove, pot, frying pan, plates, bowls, spoons, glasses) there is a refrigerator, a gallon of drinking water. Cleanliness is good, breakfast variety is quite good. Clean pool, nice and calm atmosphere. What is lacking is a playground for children.

When checking in, the officer will explain the cottage rules. The number of people must match the capacity of the booked room. Or be charged per excess person. No loudspeakers allowed and no pre-wedding photos allowed. The rules are quite comfortable for villa residents. There is already a refrigerator, stove, gas and simple cooking utensils. Cutlery is also available. Gallon water in a jar dispenser. So for those who bring children and toddlers, it is very comfortable. The food is buffet for breakfast. There are quite a lot of food choices that can also be ordered at the restaurant. And there are packages if you want to BBQ. The downside: - no sandals are provided. Because the distance to the pool is quite far and up and down. It's a hassle if you have to go back and forth wearing shoes. The standard hotel price is generally including sandals. - It would be better if there was also a towel drying rack on the terrace. To dry clothes worn after swimming or soaking in a hot water jacuzzi. - There is no AC in the unit. Although Sagalaherang is cold, the room settings are airtight without air ventilation. So before dawn it's stuffy if the door is not opened. If it is opened, there will be lots of mosquitoes. It's better if there is still AC for air circulation.

The view is nice, the natural atmosphere👍🏻 there is no AC so during the day it is quite hot, at night the air is cold so there is no need for AC. For breakfast, some of the food is cold so it is not delicious when served, there are also some bland foods, hopefully there will be improvements in the taste of the seasoning🙏🏻.

There is a welcome drink, for the road it is better to go through smooth roads, it is a bit roundabout, the accommodation is good once you enter the room it smells good, the room is clean, complete amenities, there are cooking utensils, the gas gallon is safe, the room I stayed in had 1 door that could only be opened from the outside by shaking it, it was a bit dangerous but thank God everything was safe, I went out at night when I got home there were already other occupants such as frogs, centipedes and cockroaches 😂, hot water is safe, breakfast for chicken noodles, oh my, I couldn't eat it at all because it was fishy, and in my opinion the other food tastes lacking, the buffet is not very varied, and for a villa that big, more than 4 people are charged 100 thousand / person without breakfast, it's a shame they have to be charged again, especially for children who are 8 years old, it is not informed in the application so whether you like it or not because you have arrived there you have to add more, the rest is good.

Overall stay & food OK. Surrounding view so nice & Villa was privacy. Don't expect Lembang weather now humid, so quite hot in room (Villa) witho fan & air conditioner. We bring stand fan from hall to 1room, another room (kids) witho fan.

A very pleasant stay, God willing our family will come back again.
