there is no tissue, toothpaste even the small one like usuall hotel have, there’s no telp for cust to react to the cs, no hot water, and there is cockroaches!! it that a hotel?!!!

I was in transit so I just wanted to rest but I couldn't sleep because the AC was useless (not cold). I called the officer, but the officer came and just set the remote control and it still didn't work, so my mother had to fan the toddler while he slept. The bathroom drain was also clogged with the previous guest's dirt that wasn't cleaned. As for the sheets, the towels were clean. But there was no mirror in the room so it was a hassle to get dressed in the toilet.

Clean hotel, near the harbor, no elevator, some of the female receptionists are not very friendly. Wifi changes password every day.

The location is close to Falajawa beach, there are many food vendors, the hotel does not have a lift, the room condition is good, there is a TV but there are no TV channels yet.

More than the price! If you don't expect luxurious room nor service, this is the right place to stay! Clean enough room & bed to rest during your trip to ternate.

This time I got room 210 which had no Wi-Fi coverage even though I needed it for work support, and the AC suddenly turned off at 2 in the morning.

The receptionist is friendly, but the room is stuffy, the drainage smells, the flash toilet doesn't work. The AC is not cold enough. Please pay more attention to the cleanliness of rooms & toilets in the future.
