There are lots of small cockroaches in the room. The bathroom smells bad and the ceramic walls have lots of yellowish stains. The chair handle was broken when we arrived. There is no trash can in the room. There are no windows. Those who are claustrophobic should be careful lol. The cleanliness is a bit bad but if you just want to stay for one night and have no other options, it's okay, especially in the Thamrin area. Not recommended for a staycation.

3/5 overall. The room was not entirely cleaned. I was a bit surprised when found an underwear in the bathroom. And internet connection was really bad, I had to use my personal cellphone as hotspot.

This hotel is in the Kebon Kacang area near Tamres so it's basically a hotel in an apartment, so parking is quite difficult, we have to walk up to the 2nd floor. The place is clean but it's an old inn so it's not developed anymore. Sorry, I don't recommend it.

Resepsionis tidak ramah, mau cek in harus nunggu resepsionis selesai telponan sama temannya 😑, nitip barang di resepsionis juga tidak boleh 👎 akhirnya cari hotel lain.

The condition of the room was dirty, the bed sheets, blankets and pillowcases were very dirty and had lots of stains. The mattress becomes itchy. In the first room the AC was broken, not cold. Asked to change to a new room, the AC felt cold even though the AC was leaking making the room dirty. If you want to swim, it's complicated because you have to use the apartment access card, which only the receptionist has, guests don't have access. So you can't freely go in and out of swimming. 3 days stay the room was never cleaned.

The AC wasn't cold, the bathroom didn't have soap and it smelled of urine. The female receptionist is less friendly and less thorough. The hotel room door was broken. Too many rules to be comfortable.

The female receptionist was bitchy, unfriendly and not very helpful, she asked for an early check-in at 1 o'clock when ordering, instead she was checked in, told at 2 o'clock, the husband came and was asked to come back again because he forgot his room number (fyi the hotel number is not a number but a long letter and it's hard to remember) As for the room facilities, there are lots of small cockroaches in the room, only 1 towel even though there are 2 beds, fortunately there is a swimming pool, playground at the top of the hotel which makes the kids patient and the children happy, the rest is not okay.

The room is ugly, damp, the sheets look dirty, the bathroom is flooded, the air conditioner is not cold, it is more like a boarding house than a hotel, drinking water is not provided, breakfast is not available, and the employees are not friendly. Excuse me. Not for the second time to this hotel.

The lights in the room are dim, there are no windows at all, the walls are half plastered and it's really noisy when people from the side room come in, even talking sounds clear to the ears, the reception staff are obstinate girls, it's not clear, the air conditioner is old and not cold and can't work anymore pressed the remote, the table and equipment were dusty, the white sheets turned gray and had lots of spots, the toilet drainage was a bit clogged and took a long time to recede, there were leaky spots on the roof of the room, the room light near the cupboard was off. The point is not to recommend at that price.
