In general, it is quite good, good location. The hotel is strategically located near Galaxy Mall. But, the air conditioner in my room is not cool even though I set it at 20 degrees.

1. Deposit 200 thousand is too expensive, must be cash if transfer/qris can only be returned 7 days after check out.

Breakfast service is still not buffet (still delivered according to the requested choice). The mattress should be king size (minimum 180x200) but after I measured it myself, the size was 160x200 (queen size). Sorry, for the honest review.

many things about the entrance there is no guard
the room we took was for 4 pax but the amenities were only for two even though it said 4 pax

Sorry, I actually don't want to tell this story but for the sake of the hotel's progress I have to tell it. First of all, it was my fault for not looking at the reviews on the apps and Google in detail, I was interested because of the strategic location of the mall and campus with the aim of traveling to Surabaya. I booked a family suite room with a double queen bed. The price per night is 1.6 million including breakfast. When I got off the ojol, around 18.30 WIB, the first impression on the 1st floor which is the hotel restaurant was a dark atmosphere with minimal lighting, still positive thinking: maybe renovation. The security guard directed me to the 3rd floor for the receptionist location. Of the 2 elevators, only 1 was active, positive thinking: okay, renovation. I imagined the receptionist room on the 3rd floor was nice, and bright, but it turned out to be even darker in lighting. The receptionist room was like a maintenance room standby area. The receptionist informed me that lunch was delivered to the room with a choice of only 3 menus, I asked, thinking it was a buffet like other hotels, and was answered that it was not only a la carte. And I was asked for a deposit of 200k. Given the room key on the floor. 7 at the top. When we reached the 7th floor, the condition of the 7th floor lobby was dirty and the air was stuffy because the AC was off. When the elevator door opened, I reflexively asked my family to turn right because the atmosphere was very creepy. But with the encouragement of my family, we finally entered the room. In the room, I found small towels, only paper cups, the AC was not very good, the rest was still okay. After about 1 hour in the room, around 19.30 WIB, my family and I decided to move hotels, because I felt less than satisfied with the welcome on the 7th floor lobby, which was dirty and seemed creepy. For the security staff, cleaning service, and reception, there were no problems, they were still okay and friendly. Thus, hopefully the hotel management can be more serious about providing customer service with excellent service.

Forgot to look at the review. Just looking at the room photo is okay but the breakfast can only be delivered to the room with fried rice and noodles for breakfast. While with this price I can stay at another 4-star hotel, hiks hiks

Location near campus c unair and Galaxy mall (around 500 m - 1 km.) location on the main road. The room is small, and the standard tv only has local channels, the bed is comfortable so if you want to sleep after a day of outside activities, it's okay.
