Sorry in advance if my review is not good, but this is honest from our family's experience staying there. The location is good because it is in the city center, but unfortunately when we first checked in we were directed to a room that did not match the description of the room we booked through the application. The room was bad, damp, moss stuck to the glass and honestly it was a bit scary when we opened the window. After complaining to the receptionist we were transferred to another room with the same type. But after looking again it was not like the description when booking where the view when opening the window was a sea view. Because we were tired we didn't complain to the receptionist anymore. But in the room it turned out that many things were no longer functioning such as the night light and the lights in the closet area that didn't turn on, the toilet light that sometimes turned on and sometimes turned off, the room smelled damp, the TV couldn't be used to watch (the smart TV didn't work, it kept loading), and the bed sheets were a bit bad. This input is not to bring down but as material for introspection to be better in the future. Maybe if it hasn't been used for a long time, the room should be checked first before the guests come in. So that the guests are comfortable staying there, if they are comfortable they can come back again. In addition, the restaurant and buffet food are delicious and the service is friendly.

It's hard to find TV channels, there's no manual, even then it's just YouTube, then the key won't open, the room has to be turned back and forth 3 times, waiting 30 minutes, only the windows are dirty, the boss says there's a lot of moss, the hotel staff's phone calls are really hard, maybe 10 times before they answer, yeah that's all, oh my, the bathroom smells of cigarettes, yeah even though it's nice and smoke-free

Often spend the end of the month resting in this hotel, but the more here the service is very unsatisfactory, the rooms given change with the same price, after protesting then given a good room with the same price, last night the bathroom was broken, the room phone was dead, the more here they do not respect customers. I no longer want to spend the weekend every month to stay at this hotel, last night's experience disappointed me umpteenth time protesting at the reception

When staying here, I had already booked 2 nights, but it turned out that the wifi could not be used at all. And the TV could not be connected. The cleanliness of the bathroom was also not optimal, the floor looked yellow as if it had not been cleaned optimally.

Friendly Staff. Clean rooms. On the 2nd day, the room floor was sticky, there was still some cleaning medicine remaining on the bathroom and bedroom floors, on the 3rd day it was quite clean. All delicious food ordered directly to the room or at breakfast the food is delicious. The cup was clean but there were strands of hair on the plate so I couldn't use it to drink tea in the morning. Friendly receptionist. I really enjoyed spending the night at Hotel The Ran Hotel. Namaste

Resting in a hotel requires comfort. It's useless to pay expensive but the comfort is lacking. The room is not soundproof so noise from outside can still be heard inside.

The staff service is okay, the food is delicious, just a bit noisy between rooms. The door needs to be repaired, especially installing a latch from inside the room. Otherwise Thank you.

I checked in almost at 12 midnight because I had just finished my activity, arrived in the room with hot AC, when I wanted to call the receptionist, the phone in the room was dead, finally slept all night in a hot state, woke up in the morning and complained to the receptionist about the hot room and dead phone, around 7-8 am, but until checking out at 10.30 the room AC had not been repaired. Very disappointing.

Staff hotel nya ramah, kamarnya bersih, breakfastnya enak, cuma kamar mandinya agak bau, selebihnya oke.

Sebenarnya hotel ini ga tua-tua amat. Cuman pas saya menginap, hotelnya mati lampu, air shower kecil dan juga saat pinjam hairdryer, barangnya rusak. Hal kecil sih. Tapi sebagai traveler perempuan, hal-hal kecil gini does really matter.:(.

Overall kamar rapi dan perlengkapan lengkap, dan nyaman sekali. Periode menginap tanggal 9-10 Februari 2024.• Kamar Kedua Tipe Deluxe Room Sea View. Saya salah pesan untuk tanggal 17-18 Februari, padahal saya mau lanjut menginap tgl 10-11 di hotel ini, hanya saja pindah kamar, pada saat memesan tidak saya cek kembali tg pemesanan. Setelah dikordinasikan dengan frontdesk diperbolehkan lanjut menginap meskipun salah tanggal dan nanti mereka yang akan mengurus teknisnya dengan pihak aplikasi. Jadi pelayanannya sangat bagus sekali. 4. View rooftop sangat bagus untuk melihat pemandangan Kota Sorong. 5. Sarapan di hotel. Untuk makanan standar, enak tapi not really impressed, but overall good foodk
