The staff is really friendly. The location is very strategic, not afraid of being hungry. All facilities are complete. The room is very comfortable and quiet. The cleanliness of the room is good. The food is also very delicious. No regrets staying here.

I love the hotel, but the parking space is not too big. The room is clean and good. For breakfast, I am a bit disappointed. The restaurant was not too crowded. I requested 2-3 times for filling the corn before but she only said yes but there is nothing there until we left. Saya sarapan setengah 9 and ended at 9.

Everything is ok, this is my 2nd* stay in 1 month. But when I checked out there was an unpleasant experience. When I was asked to wait by the receptionist (male) to recheck the room and I asked for my car to be valeted. I had waited, the receptionist seemed to forget. Even though the only guest checking out at that time was me. Only when I asked again did they say it was ok, and the car key was given to me. 😱😱

Former Santika Hotel building, now an old hotel. The room is a bit dim. Standard cleanliness, needs to be revitalized. My wife and I finally decided to stay somewhere else that night. Parking is also very limited.
