No blankets provided, lots of cockroaches in the room, empty water gallon, no hot water

The hotel staff is very friendly. The AC is cold. The room is neat and clean. It is also close to the mall. The swimming pool is clean and not crowded. The kids felt at home and didn't want to go home.

Friendly staff, convenient location, but some of the room facilities when we stayed were not ready, such as: the AC remote was dead because there was no battery (during our stay we used our cellphone to control the AC), the stove was dead, the TV had no channels, only 1 blanket, and several small things were not available. Thank you 🙏.

The service is okay, the wifi is smooth, it's smart tv, the location is good near the mall, the weakness is there's no hot water and parking rates are expensive.

Tower Orchit. Baru kali ini saya mendapatkan pengalaman buruk dari transaksi saya melalui aplikasi. Cucu saya sakit dan harus dirawat di RS Carolus. Biasanya kalau ke Jakarta memang saya selalu menginap di hotel. Tapi kali ini saya mendapatkan saran dari seorang suster di Carolus untuk stay di apartment saja mengingat kami belum tau sampai kapan cucu saya di rawat di RS. Lalu saya cari apartment terdekat dengan RS Carolus melalui aplikasi. Kami mendapatkan apartment ini. Pada fasilitas dan dan gambar-gambar yang ditampilkan di aplikasi unit apartment nya sangat-sangat oke. Tapi pada kenyataannya sangat jauh dari iklan yang disampaikan di aplikasi. Unit apartment nya sangat kotor. Banyak debu. Bahkan banyak insect seperti kecoa german yang kecil-kecil dan sangat berbahaya untuk kesehatan. Belum lagi semut-semut besar seperti laron. Ketika kami duduk di kasurpun spreinya membuat kulit kami gatal-gatal. Saya mencoba mencari penjual sprei di bawah tapi semua toko sudah tutup. Akhirnya kami bertiga hanya tidur di sofa sambil duduk. Toiletnya juga sangat kotor. Banyak kecoa germannya. Tidak ada satupun dari kami yang berkeinginan untuk mandi. Saya mencoba menghubungi pihak marketing management apartment nya. Awalnya ditanggapi tapi lama kelamaan cek list nya hanya satu. Tidak ada respon sama sekali. Lalu kami menghubungi agen online. Respon agen online untuk menyelesaikan masalah ini sangat cepat. Membuat kami sangat menghargai pihak management agen online. Saat ini kami sedang menunggu penyelesaian dari kasus kami ini. Pihak agen online mengatakan akan menghubungi pihak marketing management apartment. Sebelum saya melihat unit yang akan kami tempati, saya sempat mampir ke pihak marketing developer apartment karena saya terpikir untuk membeli 1 unit apartment di sini untuk akomodasi saya jika ada keperluan di Jakarta. Tapi begitu saya liat unitnya secara langsung, bukan contoh unit yang diperlihatkan developer, hasrat saya untuk membeli satu unit apartment ini langsung pupus. Padahal saya sudah sangat tertarik dengan fasilitas yang ada di lingkungan apartment ini. Jadi buat teman-teman sebaiknya jangan beli kucing dalam karung. Paham kan?

Not bad for staying, only hopefully the cleanliness and comfort of the unit can be improved. Also please provide gallons of contents for the dispenser so that tenants are satisfied. It's just that it's a bit difficult to find breakfast here.

The room smells of cigarette smoke & urine, the bed is hard, there is no trash can.

Those who have the needs of the green scout area, this is very suitable, fast response, fast WiFi. cool anyway. But when you turn on the hairdryer the electricity is not strong. The air conditioner must all be turned off. the refrigerator is poorly maintained. towels and cooking utensils provided. cool anyway.
