Check in tengah malam resepsionis udah awur awuran kurang ramah, atap kamar nomor 118 bocor merembes menetes di ranjang, lantai keramik ada yang longgar, ada kecoak di laci sebelah kiri ranjang, ada 2 butir kondom lama di laci lemari, selimut bolong bekas rokok, tukang bersih-bersih kamar tidak ada akhlak langsung nyelonong buka pintu kamar padahal masih ada orang di dalam, parkiran motor tidak terawat.

Tempatnya bersih dan nyaman, Alfamart juga di samping hotel tinggal jalan aja gak capek jauh-jauh keluar, nyari makan juga banyak yang dekat, udah 2 kali nginap di sini gak bosan saya dan keluarga ๐. Maaf gak sempat ambil foto tapi intinya nyaman the best ๐.

Sebelum check in sudah minta request kamar dan telepon juga katanya bisa dan waktu check in ternyata kamar yang diminta tidak ada dan harus nunggu bolak balik ngecek kamar disuruh ambil dekat kolam saya ga mau karena berisik dan kamar yang saya minta katanya boleh disitu dulu nanti pindah jam 9malam gimana? Yah ga mau atuh tapi akhirnya dibiarkan ambil kamar yang saya pengen. Dan waktu check out kan ya jam 12 siang saya habis balik dari urusan jam 11.25 ibunya dateng liat saya teriak โini yang dicari dari tadi katanyaโ lah kan saya bilang check out jam 12 siang iya tapi jangan juga pas jam 12 katanya lah saya bilang siap siap dulu gimana sih badmood banget ga digituin emang ga bisa ya baik-baik? Saya ini juga orang hotel soalnya jadi tau SOP bagaimana dengan tamu jujur kalo untuk ketenangan oke tapi pelayanannya duh bukan standar hotel sekali dan emang keliatan si ini hotel keluarga aja yang dikelola sebagian orang-orang terdekat dan SOP hotelnya tidak ada sama sekali dalam hal pelayanan ya. Mohon diperbaikin lagi ya apa perlu saya ajarin? Atau jadi GM di sana ๐

Comfortable, check-in is not complicated, right next to Alfamart so it's really easy to shop. Not far from the hotel there is also an Indomaret and an ATM, close to coffee shops and food stalls, just walking distance. Free transfer to the airport, just talk to the receptionist. Only lack there is no breakfast, but hot water dispensers, cups are provided outside. Make up a drink. Thank you, Herlina Hotel, recommend ๐.

Clean rooms, clean bathrooms, spacious parking, quiet, scented towels, pictures according to photos. Unfortunately no coffee, tea. Near Alfamart, there is a buffet shop 2 houses from the hotel. Recommendations for those who need a calm atmosphere.
