please pay more attention to cleanliness, the room has a lot of spider webs under the table and in front of the door, there are lots of flies in front of the room, the hot water kettle is very dirty until we asked the staff to change it, the cups are not clean, there are no spoons/stirring tools provided, for the bathroom in the shower room there is no place to put soap so you have to put the soap on the toilet. the restaurant lacks variety of menus for breakfast all soy sauce menus (soy sauce chicken, soy sauce fried rice and soy sauce noodles), variations of mineral water/tea/coffee drinks. Only open at certain times 7-10 am and 6-10 pm so it is not very kids friendly if you want to order afternoon meals for children, just order online food. Because yesterday when we wanted to order the restaurant was not ready and asked to wait until 6 pm. it seems like there are not enough staff so there is not enough cleaning staff. even though the view, location and atmosphere are already very good. please improve it again.

Starting from the check-in time, waiting for a very long time, the room leaked, the walls seeped and water stagnated in one of the Junior suite rooms that I booked, the cleanliness of the bathroom and hotel room in the Junior suite class and the restaurant during breakfast were also surprising.. I think management must improve if they don't want to lose customers

This hotel is nice, new, comfortable, quiet, but we have to get used to the smell of the chicken/goat coop, because the location is very close to the coop, the staff is very friendly, all guest requests are fulfilled without any debate, that's what I like... at night... from the 5th floor... wow, the view of Kuningan city is really beautiful... really beautiful

It's very unfortunate, the place and atmosphere are already good, aesthetic & sophisticated, only the facilities are not well maintained, and the cleanliness is not considered so it's very disappointing, plus the breakfast is not standard hotel, there is no mat in the room, the water heater doesn't work, the bidet is broken, the hospitality is chaotic. The suggestion is if you can't provide breakfast that meets hotel standards, it's better to just not do it. 🙏🙏🙏. Hopefully it won't disappoint the next visitor.

I booked a staycation with my family but instead of being happy I was annoyed. We arrived at the hotel at 13.56 and immediately went through the check-in process. After the process, the receptionist asked us to wait because the room was not ready. Okay, we waited happily because other guests also received the same treatment. We decided to wait while looking around. while walking around the hotel we smelled an unpleasant odor, it turned out to come from 2 large cow sheds that flanked the hotel front and back 🤦, seeing the building, a new building but very unkempt, we still thought positively, we continued to the pool, it turned out that the pool was also unkempt, lots of moss growing on the bottom, we kept waiting, half an hour I returned to the front office it turned out that the room was not ready yet, we were still patient, an hour passed I returned to the front office it turned out that the room was not ready yet, patience was running low, tired of waiting I asked why it took so long to prepare the room, the reason was because it was high season, but finally they admitted that their staff were only 3 people: receptionist, security, and someone who cleaned the room, with that many guests it certainly would not be handled well, we gave another half hour while I took our child who had to use the toilet, entering the toilet was incredibly unkempt, there was no shower, no tissue for wiping 🤦😮‍💨, Dirty smelly, I gave up not knowing what else to say. after 1.5 hours (the longest check in in my life) finally I went back to the front office to ask again, it turned out that our room was still not ready and had not been touched at all to be cleaned up, whether it would be cleaned up or not, finally we were given 2 choices, we asked for the key to clean up our room ourselves or refund all the money we had paid without any deductions, they asked the management, finally our money was returned, we did not stay there, the staycation plan failed completely 🫠🫠🫠. I suggest traveloka review this hotel again

The atmosphere is cool, the hotel is clean, the service is good.

Hotel with a strategic location, but unfortunately the hotel is dirty and filthy. The staff is also lacking, when checking in, there was no bell boy or security, there was only 1 check-in officer. So we even lifted our luggage ourselves. The room felt damp, there were many spider webs in the hotel lobby, the location around the hotel was full of garbage and not clean. Which should have stayed 2 nights here, we decided to only stay 1 night and move to another hotel that was more comfortable. Please for the management, please improve the service and cleanliness. Even though this hotel is really strategic in terms of location which is close to tourist attractions.

In the morning the AC went out and the lights went out. I have reported it several times saying it's because of lack of power. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

Location is ok, view at the dining place is nice, mountain view. Only parking is not spacious enough.

The nearest hotel if you want to go to Harunika... the air is cool, but unfortunately the breakfast has very little variety.

The hotel is located in the middle of the hills so the view is really cool, the air is cool and cold. The room is nice and clean, the AC is cold, cable TV, YouTube and others are comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful, the place is nice. The employees are friendly and good. Highly recommended

I had dinner at the hotel but all that was available was fried rice and fried noodles, with mediocre taste. Ordered seafood fried rice but the seafood was only a piece of squid (even though the menu picture also had shrimp). Likewise with drinks, I wanted something warm to drink according to the menu (chocolate, coffee, etc.), but all that was available was hot lemon tea and hot tea. The water in the bathroom was stagnant so it was dangerous because it was slippery. The rest was okay.

Lots of insects, termites in the afternoon, lots of flies in the restaurant in the morning, hundreds of flies because it is close to a cattle farm, unpleasant smell.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. The view is really nice, the air is cool and cold, the dinner is perfect when it's foggy, the pool and gym facilities are really good, overall I really like it🥰

breakfast menu choices, terrible. I arrived at 7.15, the bread was already out. They said there was indeed little stock. So it was not adjusted to the hotel guests. Even though it was a weekend and the room was full of guests. I asked for an omelette because I saw other guests could ask for a half-cooked egg menu or an omelette., after 1/2 hour they said the eggs were out, it was not accepted. Come on, Icon Hotel. Even though the room is nice. The rooftop where breakfast is served is also not anticipated with candles or fly repellent. Not to mention, the plants that look poorly maintained on the rooftop or in the parking lot. It's a shame. Don't let us choose a hotel that is far from Arunika, even though this hotel is only 3 minutes from Arunika. In conclusion, if you stay overnight, it's better to provide breakfast in the room, then eat at Arunika☺.
