For a room with a bathtub, it is indeed cheap at around 300. The hotel building is magnificent, but the room facilities are like 3 stars. Standard amenities such as soap, shampoo, comb, but only get 1 toothbrush & toothpaste, no hair dryer and bathroom mat. There are tissues in the toilet, but none in the room. There is a small refrigerator in the room, but the AC is not cold and the TV is also broken. Got a room on the 9th floor, horror vibes, heard strange sounds outside the room so I couldn't sleep at all. Scared to leave the room even though I wanted to try the swimming pool. The receptionist's phone was not answered, WA was not responded to. Free parking but the parking lot was quiet so it made the vibe even more horror.

The staff is friendly and cooperative, the room is comfortable, it's just that the problem is the room temperature, where the AC is on but the AC temperature regulator is broken so that the AC that is on cannot regulate the room temperature and even if it is on, the room is not that cold, please help fix the AC temperature regulator again

HONESTLY. This is my first experience staying in a 4-star hotel with a very affordable price. The facilities are SO GOOD!!! and the hotel staff service is FRIENDLY. But there are some furniture in the hotel room that are a bit dirty, for example the bathroom door has some stains, and also on the bathroom curtain there are some stains (sorry for no photos). But it's okay, it doesn't reduce the other good things. Anyway, if I come here next time, it will be more than one night.

Can't lock the door from the inside! And one staff suddenly break in when I was inside, to bring a towel. It is terrible. How can the staff assume it is àand empty room without check first? I even turn on the TV, he should realize that. Hotel need to fix the manual lock.

VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT THE STAFF JUST ENTERED THE ROOM WHILE I WAS TAKING A SHOWER. I WAS SURPRISED LUCKY I WAS USING A TOWEL. SHOULD HAVE KNOWN IF THE BELL HAD IGNORE. IT WAS STILL DURING MANDATORY CHECK OUT HOURS! REALLY DISAPPOINTED.

The room was clean and comfortable, but because it was an old building, it felt less clean and just felt scary. Oh yeah, I got a room with a broken door lock, so I was a bit worried if someone suddenly opened the door.

12.10 the room was ready, No additional charges. The towels were not ready but they said they would be delivered. But waited until 16.00 The amenities were very complete: shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush, toothpaste, bar soap. tea, coffee. 2 mineral waters. There were stains on the blanket the size of a baby coro. The windows were very dirty, the dust was so thick that the view was not that clear.

The hotel may be old, but it is still very comfortable to be chosen as a place to stay, the staff service is friendly, the most important thing is that the room is quite clean, and the air conditioning is very cold, the location is strategic, a little way off there are lots of places to eat at night in Mangga Besar, hopefully I can come back to stay here again
