initial order because of seeing good reviews, I ordered 2 rooms with breakfast.
the room I received did not have a TV, the bathroom shower was a bit broken.
I asked about the TV just an apology, ok no problem.
after that the small shower water was a bit broken and there was a knob that had to be held when used.
breakfast was so so, not much variation and I didn't eat, just thinking about checking out quickly.

Sorry to have to review like above, but that's what I felt, crawling room, musty smell, dampness on the walls here and there, dirty toilet, yellowing mattress, super hard pillows, and one more thing in my room the door to the pool had no lock and I called the CS to ask if there was no lock if I went out and slept at night, but the answer was "there really is no lock sir, it's okay there's security here". For me that can't be a solution for guests who come to stay. But there are still good things too, namely super cold AC and super hot water. My suggestion is it's time to renovate

the location is actually okay, only 1km from the beach. but the hotel.. my goodness is terrible.
when we arrived, the car was hit by a snake. the staff are actually friendly and helpful, but..
when we got to the room, the room was big, but the sheets were dirty, the furniture was rotten. the room was damp and smelled really bad of paint. if you are sensitive to smells, you better not stay here because the smell makes you unable to sleep all night.
the hot water doesn't work, the cold water comes out very small. there is no bathroom mat.
the TV and wifi can't be used.
the AC leaked badly, woke up in the morning all the things under the AC were soaked. not to mention the AC made unclear sounds that disturbed people who wanted to sleep.
the sounds leaked a lot from the next room and from the front of the room.
not worth it for the price. worst experience ever 😭

Nice hotel but unfortunately not well maintained. Back during the pandemic, it was sold weekly to monthly per room. The breakfast was lacking in terms of taste. Try renovating the hotel again, it will definitely be crowded and improve the breakfast. The rooms are rarely full.

Staffs are super friendly. It is a nice hotel, great location, spacious room, nice pool. Just want to highlight the cleanliness of the room (sink, towel, bedsheet, mirror, smelly room) hopefully the upper management do something for it.
Recomendation: remove the sofa in the room and maybe can add some activity for bbq area

For the interior, there are many that are weathered, but for the rooms on the 2nd floor, the rooms are still better than the 1st floor. More on interior maintenance. But please stock new and untorn towels. The receptionist and staff are always on standby to help. Remind you about breakfast, and direct you. -air conditioner is safe. -bed is soft and clean. -room is spacious. -there is a balcony. -hot water in the room is safe. The rest is only the interior and towels that need to be maintained to make it even better.

For the location, it's honestly okay, but the room really needs to be improved.
Yesterday I got a moldy room and the smell made me uncomfortable.
Then the sofa was also dirty with lots of stains.
The plus point is that the room is spacious and very roomy.
Hopefully in the future more attention will be paid to the cleanliness of the room.
The service is 5 stars.
For the food, it's hotel standard.
This hotel is not good but not bad either.
