Kekurangan:- air kolam terlalu dingin.- tidak sengaja memecahkan 1 mug dan mau dicharge 250,000 dan akhirnya hanya 150,000 per mug. Ga tau dicharge semahal itu memang karena sanksi atau karena saya membawa turis bule (international) jadi main seenaknya dicharge semahal itu untuk 1 buah mug.- tolong mungkin untuk lebih jelas membuat aturan mengenai hal-hal seperti itu.- tidak ada tanda dimana kita harus parkir mobil kita atau menurunkan bawaan kita atau tanda dimana tempat untuk check in yg jelas. Tolong kedepannya untuk bisa membuat tanda agar tamu-tamu juga lebih jelas.

Good villa but need car rental if you travel with public transport.

Friendly Helpful staff. Nice pool. Good Kitchen utensils. Really accomodating. Need to improve: Pool needs portable roof so dried leaves won't fall onto the pool. Rusty sliding doors, Rusty cabinets, Rusty wooden windows frame. Needs some huge repairs and restoration, sliding doors won't close neatly so there 's big gap in between so indoor air can leak out make bit humid inside bedroom while AC is on. Cracking sound on flooring in all bedroom. Noisy from Air Conditioner in all bedroom, not really soundproof. Bedroom Bathroom cleanliness are all okay, outdoor area cleanliness maybe needs to be improved, so many mold on the concrete ground, green mold (lumut) everywhere. Bean bags are smelly. Toilet shower, the water is smelly, not nice, needs some inspection. I would say not really kids friendly, because many sharp corners on furniture, so need to watch out kids running around. Slippers are nice, but on wood deck (indoor) are slippery. Overall, this is definitely a come back, love it very much and enjoy the large private swimming pool. Hopefully some improvements will be made soon, so our stay will be more enjoyable and more worth it.

Love the tranquility of the area. The whole villa flooring was alittle dusty but lucky they provided the slippers. Room and toilets were great and spacious. Breakfast was really relaxing and the food variety was good. Was able to do some exploring in the bamboo and the architech of the building made my jaw drop. Lovely place. Highly reccommended!

Very bad experience staying here, we booked the nomad 1BR tent. The front door which is the main entry to our tent area has no lock so it's wide open and a stranger came into our room while we were resting?! We complained to the villa concierge and they responded by sending a security which is no help & disappointing as he only suggest we put some stones stacked to keep the door closed. Private pool is only the size of jacuzzi, the water is lukewarm, and dirty.

The hotel was actually nice. However, it doesn't seems to prepare for the weather. It was quite effort to make the check in, and to get all our belongings to the site.
