Let the Stars Do the Talking. A very quiet, clean and affordable accommodation. During the holiday season, CI hotels cost millions, but I found this accommodation at a pocket-friendly price, very clean, fragrant rooms, very nice views, the owner of the boarding house is very kind and friendly… highly recommended… if I go to Malang, I will return to this accommodation again.

This is Kost Executove which is transformed into a guesthouse. I swear you won't regret staying here, the rooms are very clean, I booked 2 rooms, deluxe and family, the family room has a very beautiful view. The rooms are very spacious, fragrant, there is hot water, spacious parking and good security and the location is very strategic, next to the Ubud hotel.

With two beds (one double bed and one single bed), it was perfect for a family with one or two kids. Since it was not a hotel, the facility might not be as complete as a hotel and not suitable for a staycation, but perfect for transit and those who doesn't care about facilities. It was clean and spacy.

It was not a hotel, but more like a spacy boarding room. The room has two beds, 1 double bed and 1 single bed. It was good for a family with a kid. Early check in is actually allowed based on the availability of the room. Since it was not a hotel, there were not many room available, but still comfortable and quiet, with a nice scenery in the backyard.

The price is quite cheap, but I got one without windows, so I couldn't get fresh air unless the door was open. Hopefully if I get one with windows next time. But the mother is kind.

The hotel staff is friendly, kind and polite. Very good, the room is spacious and clean. If I go to Malang, I will definitely book this hotel again because it is really convenient and close to everywhere. Yesterday I also brought small children, everyone was happy because the room was spacious and they could run around.

The owner is super responsive. When we were confused because there was no front office desk, the father immediately came down and greeted us. The room is worth it for that price. The view is good. The hot water works well. There is a water refill in front, take as much water as you like. The place is really comfortable because it turns out there are also permanent boarding house residents. Will be a great subscriber!

The place is comfortable, quiet, clean, yesterday we chose a family room type and it was very spacious, adding people only requires an additional fee of IDR 20,000, the owner and staff are friendly, finding food is quite easy, not far from UB, suitable for families.

Letak properti strategis. Dekat dengan Indomaret, atm bca, laundry dan tempat fotocopyan. Namun kebersihan kamar harap lebih diperhatikan lagi. Lantainya masih berdebu, bantalnya udah tipis, kasurnya juga keset.

Recommended untuk penginapan keluarga, kalau ada kebutuhan family trip pas banget. Alamatnya mudah ditemukan dan deket sama tenant jualan makanan jadi memudahkan kalau cari makan. Bersih + nyaman juga, asri banget dengan pemandangan pohon pohon hijau.

Saya senang menginap di sini, tempat dan suasananya enak, kamar sangat luas cocok buat satu keluarga, next kalo ke Malang pasti ke sini lagi, di tengah kota, ga jauh kalo mau ke MOG, matoz dan transmart, sehat selalu buat ibu kost nya, sangat ramah dan humble, makasih banyak kost homestay sangat mengesankan.
