Staff are all friendly and helpful. The room we stayed at is clean and although the pool area is under renovation, the whole place is well maintained. No pests and smells good. We we're as excited to go back to our hotel after an exhausting tour, thank you for making our vacation memorable and stress free, kubu hotel.

The hotel is not like the photo, it is under renovation, but the downside is that the toilet is clogged, you have to borrow the toilet downstairs to defecate 😌 there are no towels or soap

The hotel room was dark, no lights on the balcony. The door was hard to open and close. It was hot during the day because it only used a fan and there was construction next to it so it was noisy and dusty. The receptionist was kind (+) willing to show me the way when I got lost. The bathroom water was very small, the shower was not satisfying.

Honestly, the hotel services are great and cool, very helpful. It's a bit unfortunate if the quality of the rooms is starting to look old vibes. There are many rusty and yellowed walls. Just a suggestion, maybe all the details in each room can be renewed.

The hotel location is very strategic, close to a row of beaches, close to souvenir shops Krisna, Joger, etc. The staff is friendly, there is a swimming pool, check in and check out times are flexible.

"Actually it's good and comfortable but the cleanliness is not very good, the sheets look like they haven't been washed, there are still stains". I will not order a motorbike here again. The Scoopy motorbike is all rotten. Even though I asked for a replacement 2x, it was even more damaged
