The hotel has very nice room, very well nice design. Staffs are awesome, very polite and fulfilling. Cleanliness is very well maintain. The hotel is very strategic in location which near to some good shopping place such as nagoya hill, BCS Mall, and harbour bay, The best hotel I've ever stayed. Highly recommended hotel

The room is quite okay, quite spacious. There are many roads to get to the hotel location. But unfortunately it is not according to the order, every night it always smells of cigarette smoke in the room. Very stuffy. While we ordered a non-smoking room. The staff is also not friendly at all.

The elevator was broken, I got stuck in the elevator.
The room looks unclean, the room's feel is not like the photo. The dark room only uses LED sticks, not bulbs. The bathroom lights are yellow and not bright.

friendly staff, good access, no breakfast and indeed the hotel does not provide it
yesterday the room I got was not very clean, there was still hair in some places
then the wardrobe was quite rotten
the glass was dirty
dust under the mattress
the toilet was clean, the amenities were also standard
some of the plugs were on and some were off
provided tea, sugar, glasses but no spoons or sticks
hehehehe
the staff was the best
all friendly starting from security and reception
overall I like it, it's just not bright enough, it's like a prostitute hotel

When we first checked into the room, the kids immediately lay down, but when they lay down, the mattress and pillows smelled really bad, and when they wanted to go to the toilet, it turned out there was no soap. They reported it to the receptionist and it turned out the sheets hadn't been changed๐ฎโ๐จ

Day by day it's getting more unclear. Different rooms were given to those booked. Asking to change rooms was not possible. And one more thing, the ceramic tiles were all torn off. The mattress was dirty, the pillows smelled. Tah laah๐ค๐คฌ๐ก

The hotel is not maintained. The bathroom is dirty, the bed sheets smell musty and the bed, the divan, does not match the bed, the floor and walls are dirty.
Asked for a prayer mat, they said there was none that was clean, the wifi was broken. It does not match the picture. Please do not let this happen. Pity the customers who ordered without knowing the original.
