This is a boarding house, not a hotel. Sometimes I don't need hotel wifi as long as the signal is good. This boarding house has very bad wifi, it's better in the countryside, it's terrible. I only checked in 30 minutes ago and then I left, the service from the staff is really terrible, they are indifferent and arrogant. What's worse, even the cellphone signal is lost, it's terrible.

This is actually my third time staying here, and I've always found the hotel quite good. However, I was a bit disappointed this time because they no longer provide soap and shampoo, which are basic essentials for any hotel stay. I heard it's due to Traveloka's policy, but honestly, it's something the hotel should consider offering. Either include basic amenities like these or sell them as add-ons—it's better than keeping the price low but lacking essentials. Cleanliness was okay, but I found it odd that room cleaning wasn't offered daily. That's something I'd expect as a standard. Overall, the hotel is still cozy, cool, and comfortable for a stay, but there's definitely room for improvement!

At that time I needed a hotel for transit because I had work tomorrow morning around that area. After searching, I finally decided to stay at the lodge because I saw the photos and the distance to the venue was only about 5 minutes. The first impression was that it was not visitor friendly, because 24-hour security and the entrance which was always closed made it difficult for us to go back and forth, the check-in process went smoothly even though we had to include the original marriage certificate. There are no toothbrushes and soap provided in the room, only 1 towel, which is a bit surprising. Even though the price per night is 350 thousand, soap and a toothbrush should be mandatory. The room was clean, the hot water was on, I didn't happen to watch TV, but the WiFi wasn't connected, the mattress was soft but the blanket only covered half a foot. Coincidentally, that night my husband just dropped me off, and my friend was planning to come with me to stay overnight because of this job. Then they were informed that guests could only visit until 11pm, and rooms could only accommodate 2 people, and ID cards had to be retained. I don't understand whether such regulations can be applied to properties that have been registered as guest houses/hotels for rent. If I can be honest. I recommend this hotel for those who want to have some alone time and married couples planning a staycation. The rest are big no.
