Great hotel, however, they only got 1 lift - which took almost 30 minutes for me to wait during weekend night - long line in the hotel lobby.

The hotel is still very new but integrated with the residence. The location is very strategic, easy to get to the city center. There is only 1 elevator, if it is crowded, the wait is very long. Car parking can only be 1, even with a barcode system once out, if the barcode runs out then you have to pay per hour. It is very unfortunate that there are no swimming pool facilities. The staff service is very friendly and very helpful.

The leaking in bathroom so bad. The shower cant stand on the place its moving when we turn the air on. and the ceramic from the floor is moving. the lift so bad only one and its lots peopleso need to wait 20 to 30 minutes to get down.

My first experience staying here was very bad. I was pregnant and brought a small child, I had booked far in advance but was given a smoking room, the room was stuffy and felt dull. The main room's AC leaked badly, sleeping felt like there was a waterfall above my head. There were also no facilities in the apartment. There was also no breakfast and swimming pool. Not recommended for bringing family.

The friendly hotel staff, good officers, and comfortable atmosphere made me not hesitate and feel comfortable to stay at The Reiz Suites Artotel. The comfort of the room makes the impression as if "this room is mine" which means that guests are given free reign over the room, making me very comfortable staying here.
