Friendly staff, spacious room and variety of food (traditional and western).

The receptionist could really use some training in hospitality. Check-in time was at 2 PM, but I arrived close to 4 PM and the room still wasn’t ready. I had to wait for 15 minutes. The receptionist—I didn’t catch his name—was not welcoming at all. He didn’t smile, didn’t greet us, and gave me a look as if I was an intruder rather than a guest. And to be clear, I didn’t book the cheapest standard room—I booked a suite. I can’t imagine how they treat guests staying in standard rooms if this is how they treat suite guests. As the front liner, he should’ve known that hospitality is key in this line of work, but not a single smile was offered as basic courtesy. Another thing: the room’s overall concept felt off. The bedroom had a modern vibe, but the bathroom looked like it was from a 1990s apartment. The shower wasn’t adjustable, unlike what I usually find in 4-star hotels, and the bathroom facilities felt more like something from an OYO hotel. The breakfast selection was inconsistent. On the first day, the buffet had a decent variety of chicken and fish, which I assumed was because there was an event at the hotel and many guests were staying. But on the second day, the breakfast was unappealing, with very few options—mostly gorengan. I had no complaints about the taste, but I wasn’t a fan of the menu variety. Also, on the first day, I was charged for my kid’s breakfast, but on the second day, it was free. I’m not sure why there was such inconsistency. This was my first time staying here, and I don’t see myself coming back in the future.

even though the price is quite high, the facilities and comfort exceed what we pay. in the future, it is hoped that the price can be affordable again, so that the lower class who want to feel the comfort of staying in a star hotel can be realized.

The first time I entered, I really fell in love with this hotel, the atmosphere, the good service. It's just a bit disappointed when I wanted to have breakfast. I couldn't have breakfast because my breakfast quota was given to someone else without permission.

My family and I felt happy staying here. The yellow rice was really delicious.

First time here just to try whether it's good or not. It doesn't mean I've never stayed in a hotel before. From the beginning the receptionist was a bit less than good, maybe later seeing people start to show discomfort then it started to get better. Food is okay, sports facilities are okay. When checking out, waiting for the room to be checked. What was surprising was that they said there was a Gift calendar. I called my dear parents who stayed in that room and they said there wasn't one since I checked in. Well, if the standard room has a calendar, it should be in all rooms. So you can confidently ask the visitors. If it's like this, there isn't one and then suddenly asking the visitors, it can make people feel offended and uncomfortable. Check the cleaning service workers or whoever is on duty there if it turns out that every room should have one and when people stay there isn't one. Why would people take a calendar if they don't get it 😆. In our office there are also many if anyone wants one.

The service is very satisfying and the hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is good, especially for those who bring children because there is a children's play area and there is also a swimming pool for children.

Staff is very friendly, welcome drink and snacks are very delicious. Access to and from the airport is very close and easy. Price is also quite affordable

Big & Spacious hotel, varied and delicious food.. the room is also spacious but it is very unfortunate that the room is not soundproof when you want to rest it is very noisy from outside the room and from the next room too.. The balcony is also very dirty so it feels uncomfortable to relax on the balcony.
