At first I was given a bad room. The AC was not cold, small, far from the elevator. After protesting several times, it was replaced. But the wifi was still bad. The staff said this room was upgraded because the standard room was no longer available. Instead of apologizing 🤪

Absolutely top! Clean room, hot water turns on quickly, there is a hairdryer too, spacious, the staff is really great, good service, clean pool, spacious bathroom, basically perfect! Next time I go to Bali again, I will stay here again 👍🏻

There needs to be a lot of improvements. Not competent enough for a 4-star hotel, it seems like it needs to be downgraded. So that not many customers are disappointed like me.
The parking lot smells, the elevator smells and the cashier deserves to be thrown away and replaced with a new one

The bedroom mattress is very bad, my whole body hurts because it immediately hits the foam spring. The next day, an inner was added, but it was still useless. It would be appropriate to replace all the mattresses. Rooms 105 and 305.
Car access is very difficult, the bends are too tight. The parking area is very smelly, always wet, there are leaks.
The elevator smells very bad (armpit odor and uncomfortable odor)
