The water or shower was so small, it was almost impossible to take a shower. Bath towels that are no longer suitable for use (like being used to clean the floor). Dirty bed sheets (previously white and now brownish/dull). I suggest the hotel owner or manager to be able to see the condition of the room that will be sold to guests. If the room is not ready to sell do not sell! Thank you.

The hotel seems low in maintenence now. Unlike last time. No hot water. Stains on the bed sheet. Unclean bathroom.

Room is not clean enough. Wifi is not connected. Passenger Lift was unserviceable. Stair carpet to guest room so dirty. I think, hotel management must be serious for hotel business. Staff hotel are polite and warm. Eye cathcing for Lobby hotel because classical appearance setting.

I chose this accommodation because of the pool I thought it's real pool but when we got here, we found out that it's kids pool or baby pool I guess, the breakfast is not served in buffet but ala carte, anyway the price is cheap after all. Others are okay. Thanks anyway. It's not so bad actually staying here but I can't say it's awesome either. It's average. I'd score this guest house for 7. Thank you.

One of our booked room, 204, was very hot because seems like the AC was broken, its not working as normal. And the toilet lightjng was soo dark, maybe the victoria must considering to light it up more bright.
