The Win Hotel Surabaya

Clean room, clean bathroom, friendly staff, delicious food, unfortunately the wait for breakfast was a bit long.

Everything went well, the TV channels don't work properly.

Comfortable, strategic city center hotel. Cool room.

If you go to Surabaya, don't be confused about finding a place to stay, just come here. The place is really fun and there are cafes and really good places to eat downstairs. The hotel concept is fun.

the hotel staff is quite friendly like the receptionist & security, for HK the service is not good, then for breakfast it is very disappointing, only served a menu that I think is not in accordance with a 3-star hotel with a budget of 300 thousand, not in a restaurant & the taste is not good, there is hair in the broth & the tea is dirty, the lights are all yellow so it is not bright, the bathroom is dark & the water channel is clogged, the toilet has no jet spray, there are no TV channels or local channels, the wifi is fast, the location is good in the city center. breakfast is ready at 9 am, you can't ask for it early because it will be delivered to the room, you don't eat at the restaurant.

The receptionist was like a regular cashier, unlike most hotels, she was friendly. It seems like this W hotel has a restaurant concept and also has rooms for lodging. I chose the wrong hotel, it was very uncomfortable.

This is my second time coming to this hotel, & the second time I stayed for more than a week, for everything it was worth it, just a bit not too fond of the receptionist who wears glasses because she is too pretentious, not like the others who are friendly & understanding,, for us who are not new to coming here when we have problems with deposits, usually the hotel will help & tolerate because even a class like Swiss Bell & Luminor in Jakarta they understand, can follow up when I want to stay 3 times, it's true I was rejected because I couldn't leave money. My ID card was lost & when I was banking I had problems with deposits ... only the receptionist who wears glasses & a headscarf is very unfriendly to guests.. the rest are okay employees and office boys.. don't let it be because there is only one employee to make this hotel quiet ... thank you

the location is so good and also torch ginger fried rice

breakfast at 8 o'clock instead of 6 o'clock and not complete, the rest is okay

The facilities are good. But for housekeeping, especially if staying more than 1 night, it should be improved. Because to ask for new towels and clean the room, you have to request it many times

Overall ok. The only thing missing is the breakfast. Make a buffet. BTW, the noodles at the restaurant are delicious.

the hotel staff is friendly and relaxed. the facilities are good, the lobby has an aesthetic cafe. the location is also close to minimarkets and malls. this is the second time to the win and it never disappoints.

Accommodation options when on out-of-town business to Surabaya👌

Pretty basic room. Walls are thin, you could hear all the sound from the hallway and room next to you. I tried the nasi goreng and coffee at the cafe. It was not bad but nothing special. But still, the price for the location is great!

I'm from Manado, stayed for 3 nights, comfortable. Clean hotel. Strategic, easy to find food near everywhere. The restaurant is also delicious, bak mie is recommended. If I go to Surabaya again, I will stay here again. Recommended👍👍👍👍👍👍

Keep it up and improve. It's nice to know there's a place as comfortable as Win. Highly recommended.
