The rooms are clean, the receptionist is very friendly. Big point of this hotel: cold air conditioning, breakfast included, amazing view of the strait of Bali, definitely come back here again

Have stayed here twice, and the last time I stayed the swimming pool was dirty, there were lots of wild monkeys roaming around, the room was quite spacious but the TV was broken, the AC was dripping water, the toilet seat didn't work, the sheets weren't replaced either. It would be a shame if it wasn't fixed, even though the view could be really nice in the lobby area with a view of Bali Island.

Access to the hotel is quite easy, close to the port and Ketapang station, the sea view from the balcony is an added value, only the cleanliness of the lobby balcony and room balcony needs attention

There are cockroaches in the bathroom and bedroom, and the cleanliness is not maintained. Overall the hotel is quite good, but the ants and cockroaches make it uncomfortable. If it is fixed, it will be a very comfortable place.

The location is close to the terminal, station and Ketapang port. The air is fresh. The swimming pool is really good. It's good for exercise, the staff are quite friendly and helpful. Overall, it's great, come again next time. Thanks.

Here you can't grab a car to the top so you have to walk and it's quite steep, especially if you bring a lot of luggage. The bedsheets have a lot of stains, before checking out, check first to see if there are stains or not. If there are, you will be fined, but luckily I took photos and videos when checking in if the stains were there since checking in, my husband couldn't sleep that night because he said his feet were itchy, I think it was because of the bedsheets 😫 but the view is nice, you can see the sea and the sea. The food at the restaurant is also cheap "but there is an 11% tax 🤣

The room is poorly maintained, the AC takes a long time to cool down, the TV was dead and I only found out when I checked in, but it's not bad as a place to rest if you're back from Bali.

stayed 2 days at this hotel to continue traveling to Bali with family.
spacious room 30m2 with twin bedroom queen size bed 120cm wide.
there is a 100 lt refrigerator..
bathtub with hot water.
view from the room of the pool and activities of Ketapang Banyuwangi port.
Minus access to the hotel requires a prime vehicle because you have to climb 4 steep slopes.
Split type AC and TV broadcasts were not available during the 2 days I stayed.
And the bathroom facilities need to be rejuvenated immediately.

For our first experience to the location, we really don't want to go back to the hotel, besides the unkempt area, the room towels also look dull and the room sheets look old. The toilet and room area are often entered by insects.
I do not recommend if you go back to the holiday, you will look for another hotel for that price, it's not worth it with the facilities

- From the highway to the hotel is a super extreme climb
- When there was a problem with TV 1 🏨 it didn't work.
- The room's AC was problematic, not cold enough

There needs to be maintenance such as pest control, because there are quite a lot of insects, especially ants. The room cleaning service is the best, the service needs to be improved further, the view is nice.

clean, comfortable room, friendly staff... there are only a few things that might need to be fixed... such as towels, cracked walls... hot water in the bathroom might need to be fixed, maybe hotel slippers need to be added to the room... because yesterday I booked 4 rooms, there were no slippers. TV channels should be given more attention because they are often interrupted.
the swimming pool might also need to be cleaned because there is sand on the floor so it's dirty. the bathroom in the pool area might really need to be fixed because it looks like a neglected bathroom.
the food in the restaurant is also delicious, the service is very friendly.
