Hotelnya tidak seperti yang di foto. Kamar mandi sangat bau dan kotor, AC cuma satu padahal kamar banyak, pengap dan kamar kotor. Handuk ga dikasih. Dan ada sticker tidak boleh berisik, tapi masih banyak yang berisik padahal udah malam hari. Saat complain ke receptionist cuma diem doang. Ga lagi deh kesini. Tombol flush kamar mandi juga rusak. Parah sih ini.

Staf ramah dan sangat membantu. Ruangan cukup luas untuk tidur dan charge perangkat elektronik. Namun kamar mandi agak bau.

The mattress is not clean, such as there are several pieces of hair and some parts of the pillow & bed sheet look dirty, the drain in the bathroom is not closed so it looks dirty.

For that price, you can get a clean place, it's quite worth it.

1. No towels + toothbrush + toothpaste were given. 2. Empty soap and shampoo are not refilled. 3. There is no shoe rack so the floor is scratchy. 4. There is no mosquito killer, lots of mosquitoes. As an evaluation because it describes a five-star experience that is still far away.

Very comfortable, the bed is small but clean for solo traveling on a budget and is safe. Make new friends here too.

For transit, it's okay, but not for staying overnight. Starting from the noisy people who disturb your sleep, the smelly bathroom, no clothes hooks, the shower where the water is always cold, the toilet which can't be flushed. So if you want to take a shower it's difficult, it's basically uncomfortable

The room is cramped, there's no place to put your suitcase, there's no place to pray either, the bathroom is really dirty, smelly.

The bathroom smells of urine, and the water doesn't drain smoothly. There is no place to pray. For me who doesn't want anything clean, I don't recommend it.

Hotel near Lempuyangan n Malioboro station. Input: please pay attention to the toilet, the smell is bad.

Very disappointed. - Pros: friendly receptionist, prime location. - Cons: extremely dirty bathroom, no clear info whether the dorm is mixed gender or not, only know when we checked in that this is a mixed gender bunk beds. Ac is not cold. To make it even worse, the water died apparently due to some technical difficulty but this wasn't informed upon check in and I had to find out later on. After 15 mins from checking in I decided to leave and found another hostel that is really nice for the same price point. The hotel offered me a refund the day after but up to today no fund received nor any compensation in anyway. Please avoid this hostel, there are so many proper hostels and hotels that worth your time and money.

I arrived feeling tired and dirty, having anticipated a shower right after check-in. Unfortunately, the water stopped running when I checked in, and the staff did not know when it would run again. Not that it mattered, since the toilet and shower were dirty and swarmed with small flying bugs. I then checked out the capsules. The AC was not cool enough, and there were no lockers (in my experience, this should be a standard for capsule hotels) to store my bag. There was only a small cupboard in my capsule, and it was filled with trash from the previous guest. I gave up and checked out after waiting for approximately 10 minutes to see if the water had started running again.

Recommended untuk backpacker aja. Karena hanya dapat kabin dengan bed. Ngga bisa taruh barang sembarangan karena ngga ada tempat yang luas dan tidak bisa bebas meninggalkan barang bawaan. Tapi bed nya nyaman buat tidur dan ruangan sejuk ada AC nya. Itu aja sih.

Tempatnya enak pelayannya juga ramah dan di buka pintu 24jam tapi sayang di sini kamar mandi pria nya selalu bau saya menginap 3 hari 2 malam di sini enak sekali AC keruangan saya kurang kasurnya nyaman jadi buat kalian yang nyari harga murah silahkan di coba.

Very dirty, unprofessional guards, no good facilities.

Kamar kapsul nya berbau debu yang tebal. Di foto ada bukti tebalnya debu yang saya usap dari lokernya. Kamar mandinya juga berbau kerak dan ga ada gantungan baju. Dibawah sprei nya terasa ada bulir-bulir, ga tau itu kasurnya yang brudul atau memang banyak kotoran disitu, dan ga pernah divakum. Ada kemungkinan sprei, sarung bantal dan selimutnya sudah lama tidak dicuci sejak orang terakhir yang menginap. Karena saya menemukan rambut-rambut pendek disitu. Dari 3 malam saya disitu, hanya 1 kali saya melihat housekeeping nya. Jadi ruangan dan kapsule itu ga regularly dibersihkan. Saya tau karena tong sampah tidak setiap hari dikosongkan. Dan capsule bekas orang yang check out pun ga segera dicleaning. Bisa berhari-berhari dibiarkan. Saya bisa bertahan 3 malam disitu karena dihari 1 saya membersihkan dulu sebisanya dengan tissue. Saya juga bawa sleeping bag sebagai alas tidur dan selimut. Saya juga bawa bantal leher. Sehingga saya tidak menggunakan fasilitas kotor dari hotel. Rasanya dengan kondisi begitu kurang pas jika disebut hotel ya. Bahkan hostel yang saya tempati sebelum-sebelumnya bisa lebih bersih dari ini. Dari segi keamanan juga agak meragukan. Pintu masuk capsulenya memang menggunakan kartu akses. Namun kartu tersebut digantungkan di pintunya, jadi siapapun bisa masuk. Lokernya berada di ujung dalam tiap kapsule dimana ukurannya bahkan tidak cukup untuk backpack saya. Dan dengan keadaan berdebu parah tentunya. Untuk no contact yang tercantum di aplikasi tidak berguna ya, karena jika dihubungi, tidak ada feedback apapun. Positifnya dari penginapan ini hanya bisa early check in dan titip tas setelah check out. Disatu sudut hotel ini ada papan announcement yang meminta customer untuk memberikan review baik agar mereka bisa bangkit dari keterpurukan saat covid. Jika kondisinya begitu rasanya sulit ya mau beri review baik. Karena kondisinya benar-benar tidak baik.

The staff is nice and helpful. But the hostel is dirty and smelly and I'm not sensitive for this usually. I had to leave a day early because I could not stand it. I got my money back from the hostel so there was no more discussion about it.

Hampir semua fasilitas yang di tampilkan di profil hotel tidak sesuai. Bahkan AC di matikan dari pukul 15.00-21.00, kamar mandi bau dan kurang terawat, untuk kamar sebenarnya standar, tapi tidak adanya fasilitas pendukung seperti musholla, area untuk bersantai, area parkir yang sangat minim membuat was was (di pinggir jalan raya). Penginapan menjadi 1 dengan Hotman Babershop. Sehingga sisa-sisa rambut saat potong cukup mengganggu. Memang ada tulisan untuk memberi rating bintang 5 agar membantu, tapi kenyataan ga bisa saya bohongi. Lebih baik pihak manajemen bisa evaluasi agar lebih baik ke depannya.

Kasur sangat kotor, banyak noda di kasur, kamar mandi sangat sangat kotor seperti tidak pernah dibersihkan. Tidak nyaman. Seharusnya saya 2 hari menginap akhirnya early check out dan menginap di tempat lain, mencari yang lebih bersih. Staff ramah namun ketika malam hari penjagaan kurang. Tembok mengelupas semua.
