Spacious room and good value for money, however, there was a problem which the hotel rooms ' capacity does not stay updated to the application. There was a long check-in queue, all the people faced the same problem, the rooms are already fully booked, but they can still book a room through the apps. The receptionist said that they have informed the apps provider that their rooms are already fully booked for that day, but the people can still book through the apps. Please fix the app booking system so that the same problem cannot happen again in this hotel or other hotels.

poor service "still 10 am the front office already call my room and asking for Check out or Extend even though check out time is 1 pm. when I enter the room many cockroach welcoming me in the room... when I tell to the front desk upon check out. they all only silent no apologize. wow

I am not sure what is the positioning of this hotel. Is it budget hotel or business hotel? No wifi in the room and cleanliness is one of the worst that I ever had. So many watermarks in the bathroom, seems they never pay attention on this. Bed sheet and blanket is like an old hospital rather than a hotel. Even hostel can provide better bed arrangement. I will expect with that level of price in Indonesia, they can offer something nicer.

Their service is unsatisfied. The receptionist cannot give information of its surroundings. The bathroom is too small for deluxe room and not well maintained.

Extremely decent (or I can say below average). My most disappointment is the bathroom which not hygiene at all. Another issue is you can only watch one available tv channel, that makes TV totally useless.
