The phone is dead, the hot tap is not working, the view is nice, the mountain peak & one of Samarinda city is visible. Hopefully in the future more attention can be paid to the room facilities

There's something missing when making coffee without stirring it....it says the hot water will take 20 minutes to flow, so you end up taking a cold shower

I love the overall concept, located on heights so this place have a nice view and vibes. But i have some notice at some spot for poor architecture detail and of course the important things are about the unproper service and facilities. Anyway, i still enjoy this place with family. If the hotel fix and upgrades these some issues, i believe this place will be trully wonderfull. I will give rating 7 of 10. Cheers. Love

The downside is the bathroom is not very clean, smells and the hot water is not on. In terms of location, it is convenient for a staycation, close to Big Mall, the service is friendly, the security guards are alert

Terrible hotel rooms. Foul smelling beds and pillows. There were areas with spider webs and all also. Poor hygiene. I was totally disgusted and left 5 mins after entering the rooms. It was that bad

The most important thing is cleanliness. We came to a room with a floor full of dust, to the point where when we took off our shoes, our feet immediately turned black walking on the floor in the room. The sink was opened for the first time, the water was very dirty. The condition of the table with sharp edges, not safe for children. There is a table but no drawers that work, everything is nailed/glued to wood. Why is the room being sold if its suitability has not been checked.

Sorry if I have to review honestly as follows, the water in the bathroom is stagnant, there is no partition between the closet and shower, the room is stuffy and musty, there are no windows. The AC is not cold enough, the Japanese theme is half-hearted. Hopefully it will be improved in the future.

The exterior looks good, but the room is very ugly, the carpet is thin and smelly, there are lots of cobwebs, the walls are dull and damp, the interior is dull and very ugly, the bathroom finishing is not neat.
