One of the best hotels and valued for the price. Staff very friendly and helpful, even they understand about our situation and help us. Room very clean. Position of the hotel is at the center of Jakarta. Easy to access. One point to be improved is the parking spot.

The hotel is pretty okay overall. But I don't know why the water in my room was hard to heat up. At that time I really needed a warm shower, but the water wasn't hot 😀. Other than that overall it was okay.
