During my stay, there were no issues with the room or cleanliness—everything was fine, and the room was just right. However, the service was quite disappointing; it was slow and unsatisfactory. I requested a hairdryer and an iron twice, but it took an extremely long time to be delivered. Even after asking a staff member directly, it still wasn’t brought for about an hour. I had to get angry before they finally brought it. Does it really need to go that far just to receive service? I don’t think so. I also asked what the issue was, but there was no clear explanation.
Additionally, the male front office staff was unfriendly and seemed unhappy. Perhaps other reviews have already pointed this out. I believe there is room for improvement in terms of human resources. 🙏🏻

Love the service and the room ambience! A little cons, with a very limited space for parking, the location isn't strategic enough if you use bus/train. But overall, had really good experience staying here.

The hotel is pretty okay overall. But I don't know why the water in my room was hard to heat up. At that time I really needed a warm shower, but the water wasn't hot 😀. Other than that overall it was okay.

There is only 1 slipper in the room. While there are 2 for the guests. We have to ask the receptionist.
