The staff is friendly, but the lift is always jammed, and the rooms are like old rooms, there is a restaurant or eating place but it is not used by the hotel.

An attractive hotel near the airport for transit and close to the city hustle and bustle Atmosphere/Facilities: pleasant because it is close to the center of the crowd Food: Breakfast menu needs to be improved in terms of variety and taste Staff Assistance: Staff are responsive when reconfirming check-in time and AC repairs. But unfortunately the AC still leaked all night. Highlights: Corner rooms are more spacious plus there is a balcony so you can watch the city hustle and bustle. close to culinary centers, shopping centers, minimarkets, etc. Price: Standard price and good for those on a low budget.. Location: Suitable for those in transit but still want to enjoy the city hustle and bustle.

clean hotel cleaned every day. near the airport. etc. agile staff. report the refrigerator is not cold immediately responded, replaced with a cold one.. hopefully the service will be maintained and even better 👍⭐️

So far staying here so peaceful and close to german beach. What needs to be considered by the management is that the soap and shampoo ration should always be provided without having to be asked by the guest. In the 5 hours I stayed there, the soap and shampoo ration was only given twice. Please pay attention and improve. Overall the service is good and the staff are friendly. Next time I go to Bali, I will stay here again.
