Stay 2 nignts but housekeeping didn't do makeup room for the next day. Must ask them to touch up & refil the ameninies after came back fr outside @2pm. But the staff is friendly and helpful. Thank you all staff. Good job.

The people here is very pleasant. The breakfast is nice (I've been served with Indonesian food in a buffet so you can pick what you want). The hotel has warm and cold water running properly and also the air conditioner is working fine. But, there are some problem with it. First, the bed 's spring is kind of wear down so it won't go back up in the middle of the bed. Second, I hear some rustling like a rat walking on top of my ceiling every now and then. Third, there are only 1 or 2 electrical outlet. Fourth, the TV is not a TV cable yet so only SCTV, RCTI, ANTV is working (it even kind of blur out a lil bit) TLDR; If you want to stay for a short term then this place is a great option (of course considering the downside of it).

The check in process is not flexible at all, the bed is uncomfortable (noisy), the AC is noisy and not cold, the Wifi is not good.

This is a super recommended hotel for those of you who are transiting from Malang station or who want to go to Kayutangan, the location is very strategic. The bathtub and bathroom area are clean, there is a refrigerator that works well. I ordered a twin and because I was alone, I finally requested a single bed and finally it was still available and I could. Good Job Montana, I will stay there again tomorrow. Thank you
