A pleasant stay. I originally stay for 1 night, but we extend our stay because we love the hotel. Amazing bedroom. Really good place for people looking to unwind & relax in nature. Great environment, with the river, waterfall, natural water source.

Saya memesan kamar dengan kolam renang pribadi, sangat cocok untuk yang tidak suka dengan keramaian, staf sangat ramah dan proses check in dan check out cepat, menu sarapan tidak buffet tapi sesuai pesanan per menu, akses jalan menuju hotel cukup menantang dengan turunan dan tanjakan yang curam, Konsep jungle nya dapet saat suasana malam. Sukses selalu untuk ubud hills 😉🙏.

The hotel hasn't got enough staffs to serve guests. Very time consuming waiting for ordering food and house keeping. The access to the hotel lobby quiet dangerous if we don't use good car since the access is a narrow, decreasing slope. You must be a good driver to get through it. Although the hotel receptionist said that is because they have a forest concept they should have a convenient access for the guests. I would think hundred times to go back to this hotel resort.

Overall it's good, a comfortable remote place is good for refreshing while listening to the sound of the waterfalls. Only a little smudged with a power outage during Galungan, the generator was late for more than 30 minutes, the reason the generator was already on but couldn't supply electricity, completely automatically shut down, fortunately it was still daytime, but because of its location in the middle of a forest so it wasn't too hot when power failure. The problem didn't stop at that time, towards sunset the electricity was not strong, as a result the lights turned on and off more than 8 times more or less, forced all cellphone and laptop chargers to be removed to avoid a sudden incoming current. Another suggestion is that please fix the TV channels, then provide mini market facilities for small needs, please provide them, because ordering online is too expensive compared to the goods. The variety of food is increased so that people don't get bored.

Because of my late flight, I came here late but the staffs welcomed me so kindly for my late check in. I got the highest villa which took a bit of cardio to get up there. Surprised with the vibes. Far from the city made this place special and suited for those who look for peace. You can easily hear frogs, birds, wind and tree noises. When morning came, the view was spectacular. The private pool and its water sound really help to relax. Too bad they only have 2 choices of breakfast; Indonesian and Western food. Great coffee by the way. Overall it was a very peaceful and pleasant stay. Very kind staffs. Suit me well who looked for Bali secluded place. Thanks for having me.

Nice hotel, clean. In the hotel environment there are rivers and waterfalls. The gurgling sound of water creates a calming atmosphere. Hotel staff are friendly & very helpful. Good food. Free shuttle is provided to the center of Ubud.

It was a really really great experience stay at Ubud Hills Villa and Resort! Due to a request for a honeymoon, the room type was upgraded for free! Super duper friendly service for all employees. From the moment you arrived, you were greeted, escorted to the lobby and then to your room, explained in detail, really satisfying service. The rooms are very clean, all the sheets, bathrooms, floors, swimming pool are all clean. The unique design of the nature theme makes it very calm. Complete facilities refrigerator, water heater, everything is there. It's really the right place for a honeymoon or healing because the vibes are really great! From the room you can hear the sound of a waterfall, so relaxing! There are no minuses at all, perfect! If I have the chance to go back to Bali, I'll go back to stay at Ubud Hills Villa and Resort for sure! Thank you so much Ubud Hills!

Sekitar jam 9 pagi air mati pas anak lagi mandi keramas, karena pipa saluran air ke tandon pecah. Sekitar 1 jam kmd air mengalir 50 % tanpa air panas. Info dari reception air panas akan mengalir sekitar 15 mnt kemudian, tetapi ditunggu sampai 45 mnt tidak ada air panas. Kmd teknisi hotel info bahwa air panas baru bisa mengalir di atas 1 jam sejak tandon terisi. Tapi sampai jam check out jam 12.00 air panas panas tidak mengalir. Kasihan anak kami sudah telanjur basahin rambut dan menunggu air panas yang dijanjikan tapi tidak ngalir.
