TV channel is not working at all, same as my experience last year. It means there is no improvement for the TV issues. Quite disappointed.

The hotel atmosphere is very pleasant but lacking in cleanliness in the room. I was surprised when I checked in and brought my stuff to the room, there were sandals in front of the room, I thought maybe the room number was wrong but it was correct according to the number on the card key. When I wanted to open the door, it turned out that 2 employees came out of the room at 4 pm. Then when we entered, the room smelled musty, it seemed like the bathroom smelled of urine. I put this bag and that, when I lay down I found hair next to the pillow. If from my guess, it seemed like the employees were sleeping there & relaxing in our room. The room also smelled musty from the bathroom, the smell of drainage so it could be improved for the attitude of the employees & the fragrance of the room
