The rooms are nice, clean and the atmosphere is also calm. Suitable for those who are refreshed, the breakfast is delicious, the staff is also friendly.

Semua oke, kecuali AC yang tidak berfungsi pada malam itu. Kami memang tidak melaporkan kepada manajemen hotel, karena kami ingin cepat beristirahat malam itu, tidak mau diganggu dengan kemungkinan teknisi yang datang di malam hari. Solusinya adalah kami membuka sedikit pintu-pintu agar udara mengalir. Lokasi cukup jauh dari keramaian, sehingga sangat cocok untuk staycation.

This place is very very good. I will definitely come here again. The location is a bit deep but once you arrive at the location, you immediately feel healing because you really feel the feel of nature. The public area is good, everything feels really good. Starting from a swimming pool with natural nuances, room terraces with soft sofas and hanging chairs, bathrooms (there are natural shades of bathtubs and complete toiletries), kitchens (complete with cooking utensils), fast wifi, and. The employees are very nice, friendly and helpful. Be a bit careful on the path (stairs) leading to the room because it's slippery, but there are handrails along the path. Near the main lobby there is a koi pond, the fish are good, big and you can ask for fish food for children's entertainment. At first, I was a little worried that it would be difficult to find food, but it turned out that there were several places to eat very close to Umah Tis Sebatu. Umah Tis Sebatu also provides food, and the breakfast is delicious (omelette, sausage, onion rings, tomatoes, fruit and fruit juice). I was also worried about mosquitoes but apparently there were no mosquitoes. Here at around 9 pm where to eat and the reception area was closed. If you are hungry there is pop noodles in the kitchen (paid) and there is Bintang beer in the refrigerator too, a very pleasant experience staying here. The whole family enjoys staying here.

Sampai hotel jam 16.30, jalanan menuju hotel ini sangat-sangat terjal dan berkelok. Saya sudah membayangkan melepas penat setibanya di kamar hotel sini. Saya book tipe family dengan deskripsi foto-fotonya kamarnya yang sangat bagus. Tiba-tiba sampai di lobby petugasnya bilang kalau terjadi double booking dan saya dikasih kamar tipe lain. Disuruh cek dulu dan saya langsung tau dikasih kamar tipe lumbung sari. Disuruh bayar dengan harga sama dengan tipe family jelas saya gak mau dan marah, kesal. Karena jauh banget perbedaan kamarnya. Jauh lebih sempit banget. Mereka sesuai foto kok jadi jelas banget bedanya dan orangnya bilang saya book tipe tree bedroom. Tukang bohong, jelas-jelas family yang saya book. Dia bilang beda namanya aja. Saya bilang terserah deh namanya apa tapi yang jelas lihat deskripsi foto-fotonya. Benar-benar menyebalkan dan dari mereka malah sok-sokan suruh saya ngomong langsung sama atasannya. Saya bilang ya sampaikan sendiri! Yang salah siapa karena double booking, terus dikasih kamar tipe bawahnya tapi harga sama. Ada 3 staff 2 perempuan 1 laki-laki. Yang laki-laki malah lebih kurang ajar, dikira saya orang bodoh apa ya. Bookingan saya 9 Januari untuk 1 malam. Karena dari app pay upon check in, jadi kamar saya dikasih orang. Kebijakannya gak bijak dan dia yang nyolot. Berlindung di kata-kata cuma pekerja, ngomong sendiri ke atasan. Atasannya kalau depan mata juga ngapain buang-buang tenaga ngomong sama bawahan. Bener-bener parah. Parkirannya juga seberang jalan, pinggir jalan. Jauh ke mana-mana, pokoknya nightmare banget.

I love it I like it. We'll be back next time on summer holiday. On the rainy season its not good besides the weather very cold I got an accident bitten by a leech in my room and I don't know where it come from stuck in my dress and bite me.

The room is even much nicer than in the photo 😍 The atmosphere is cool, calm. This is the most perfect place to stay in Ubud. The staff are also all friendly 👍

Overall ok ya, cuma terasa agak seram di pintu masuk dan kamar mandi terasa seram. Mungkin bisa agak di bersikan pintu masuknya ke kamar staff oke banget minta sarapan lebih pagi di layani dengan baik.

In my opinion, those from Kalimantan for forest views are like this cool, not scary. There are also lots of restaurant restaurants, not too quiet. It's just that the road is a bit steep. But we went there on a motorbike in the rain, thank God it was okay. For everything it's really good for a honeymoon. Unfortunately, we ordered the TreeHouse (deluxe) room application, but instead we got a barn. Even though before going there we had prepared to buy food to cook. Uh, I know there's no stove. Because there really isn't a stove in the barn, so we chose the tree house. But yes, what else do you want?

Really a good place for healing tho it was so hard to access the location, but still enjoy the stay so mucchh.

The hotel is located around 25 minutes car drive from Ubud center, so it 's a perfect place to rest and relax. The weather is nice and breezy. The got a bathub made out of stone, but bear in mind that the hot water could only come out a certain period of time, and you need to wait for a while to use it again. The receptionist only stand by until 5:00 PM but you can call them if you need anything. The room is clean and they provide us with every basic thing you need from a hotel room. Overall, I'm satisfied with this hotel.

Plus: Private, comfortable, clean, complete facilities (there is a shower, bathtub, hair dryer, complete tv channels, fast wifi for lodging sizes, the bath soap smells really good). Suitable for healing and staycation. Room exactly as shown in app. What you see is what you get! Minus: road access to the location is narrow, car parking is lacking, power outlets / electrical plugs in the rooms are not enough, it seems that the heater capacity for hot water is small so hot water runs out quickly and it takes time for hot water to come out again.

Booked 1 night at Lumbung Sari room. The room is not spacious but for us it was enough. The bathroom is nice, bright and clean. The bathtub is nice and decorated with flowers and on the bed, even though the day before in the chat they said it was not free to setup the anniversary decoration and I canceled the request, but they still setup it for free, thank you. There is a large 1 door refrigerator, a water heater equipped with tea/coffee sachets of granulated sugar in a small jar, 2 bottles of free drinking water but some are paid as well, television with many external channels, strong Wifi, AC + fan, information book, shower shampoo gel, brush and toothpaste. The hot water was strong on the first day of check-in, the next day there was no hot water. The coffee/tea glass is brown inside, not cleaned with citron or sodium pecarbonate to make it cling again. The minus, the floor is quite noisy if you walk through it because it is made of wood with a slightly upward concept like a barn. There is no large wardrobe and hanger, there is only a small wardrobe with 2 drawers. Pool towels were not provided so we brought towels from the room. The pool is a bit dirty like wood chips and dust from the natural environment until the pebbles at the bottom of the pool look like they are not cleaned every day. Lots of insects and small frogs in the pool. Employees stay only until 6 or 7 pm, the rest we are left alone without any security. But we can contact employees by whatsapp but we don't need to. Really natural nuances because it is made in the middle of a forest or forest land. But it was too natural that there was no dividing wall between the forest and the inn. The path from reception to the room is also too natural to look like it is not well maintained. Until it seems scary or seems to live in the forest or mountains. Many inns/hotels with natural concept but still well maintained, but this looks very old and not maintained on the outside. The road to reach this inn is indeed steep and quiet but for us it's okay, because we filled our consumption equipment before 6 pm. There are a few small warungs that must be reached by motorbike, at the end of Jalan Sentanu there is a mini market and gas station. Breakfast is okay, you can get an omelette, french fries, fried onions, watermelon juice and 1 plate of papaya watermelon. The rest was enough for us to stay 1 night with a pretty good experience. The employees on duty during our stay were also kind and friendly.

The best hidden gem for holiday I ever had.

Fasilitasnya mewah & lengkap dengan harga yang sangat murah menurut saya so amazing, sayang hanya menginap 1 malam, saya berharap akan menginap lagi di sini apabila berkunjung ke Bali. Tempatnya benar2 diperuntukkan bagi yang mencari ketenangan. Pegawai nya cepat & tanggap, juga ramah. Thank a lot Umah Tis Sebatu. Love you

Hidden place and very comfortable to stay here.

The place is very nice and quiet, yesterday I got the one with the kitchen. Bring food is more convenient because it is far from the stall. The staff is friendly and responsive. The room is clean, the theme is really nature.
