Our room was upgraded from a smart twin to a superior twin without any additional costs..wow, I was so happy, the room was bigger and cleaner than the smart room we stayed in before..thank you UNP Hotel

Comfortable and close to everywhere, there is an ATM in front, walk a little further ahead to the UNP gate, near the mosque.. the room is spacious, the price is friendly, only the wifi is a bit slow.. I wish the TV was already a smart TV, it would be fun..

My husband, son, and I stayed on April 5-6, 2025, in rooms 340 and 344. My husband and I occupied room 340. When we entered the room, the smell of cigarettes immediately hit my nose, it turned out that I was given a smoking room. Usually when I book on Traveloka, I always ask for a non-smoking room, but this time I forgot. I wanted to change rooms, but it was unlikely to be granted, because just to check in, I had to wait 20 minutes because the room wasn't ready, even though I checked in at 14.00. Apart from that, everything was fun.

The service is always the best, the food has many variations, but now the cleanliness is a bit lacking. The elevator looks less clean, the bathroom too. Hopefully there will be improvements, because it used to be very clean and I felt at home staying here

The service is very good, from the front office friendly, communicative and helpful. Unfortunately the bedsheets are stained yellow, the bathroom lacks in cleanliness detail, there are many water spots/stains on the corners and walls. The walls of public facilities such as elevators are also no longer controlled for cleanliness. Even though this hotel was previously very good in cleanliness.

The only minus point is the toilet. The drain system is not working properly, so that the toilet will be flooded during bath. Hopefully they will fix it. Other than that, everything is perfect. The service, food, location.

I'm fed up with coming here if I bring kids because only 2 people in 1 room are responsible for breakfast. Even though we only brought kids under 8 years old. Ask for a connecting room for an additional 100 thousand. The AC is not cold enough.
