We stayed on the 2nd floor of a triple room, the room was dusty, the furniture was worn, the bathroom floor was crusty, and in front of the room there was a coffee cup that had not been cleaned on the table. The stairs and corridor to our room were also dirty, the ceiling was mossy due to leaks from rainwater. Even though the location is strategic, at a price of 400 thousand without breakfast I don't think it is worth the service provided.

Overall my experience of staying at this hotel was quite satisfying, the staff were very friendly and also listened to our requests well. Maybe there are only a few facilities that are lacking, such as a lock on the bathroom door handle, the toilet is old, there are some lights that don't work. But overall this hotel is quite worth it because it is cheap and close to Malioboro.

The staff was not friendly at all, initially I had stayed here for 2 nights, when I wanted to add another day it made me dizzy. It was clear that after confirming the extension, it was my turn to pay at the hotel, they said the standard room was full, all that was left was the family room with an initial rate of 325k, when I said I didn't want it, the rate became 250k, which was strange.

Actually, my parents stayed there and said they didn't enjoy their stay. It seemed people went back and forth freely hence making the hotel ambience akin to bustling dormitory. The location of the hotel is also right by the road side so it is noisy, my parents couldn't sleep well.

The staff are friendly. The problem is that the hotel is still under renovation, it should have been announced up front. So of course it's dusty, and the foam wood bed is too soft, there's no trash can in the room, no soap.

The location is very close to Jalan Malioboro, but it's a bit noisy at night because it's next to the road. The hot water during the shower does not work, if the shower is cold at night, I have reported it to the receptionist, the answer is that the more hot water runs out, the more the water needs to be boiled first wkwk. But overall it's okay, the price is suitable for a minimal budget, hehe. Thank you Urban Malioboro.
