The place is easy to find on map, but it's in a small alley (the portal will be closed at 12 pm) and there is no signboard. The bedroom is quite unique because it's small and the bed is above the bathroom, there is a wooden staircase which is quite noisy when we go up. If you are on the 1st or 2nd floor, you will hear a sound from above your room when people climb the stairs or just move the chairs. There are 2 small mineral water bottles (but there's a dispenser at pantry), a couple of towel, 1 tooth brush, 1 shower gel but no shampoo. The water heater works well on the bathroom. The staffs are so friendly and the pool is so clean! I was lucky because there's not many guest there, so no need to be caught on crowd. And the smoking area is on the garden.

Located at the heart of Jakarta, this homestay is perfect for couple/friends/family staycation. Its minimalist concept fascinates me and feels so peaceful. I love the facilities as well: swimming pool, small bar, pantry, lounge, etc.

General Check-in Instructions
1. Cash Deposit of IDR 100.000. 2. Receptionist is only from 7 am to 9 pm. After these hours the check-in process will be assisted by Security Staff. 3. Check in time is 2:00 p.m. 4. Check out time is 12.00 noon. 5. No pets are allowed. 6. Smoking is prohibited in the room. Smokers who violate this ban will be fined IDR 200.000. 7. If you bring a children under the age of 14, please be on guard for 24 hours, because one of the reasons is that the swimming pool is 1.5 meters deep and there is no special pool guard. And also in other areas, children under age of 14 must be guarded by parents. 8. Damaging vitrage, bed sheets, blankets, glass, etc, will be fined according to the damage and the price of each item. 9. One room for two people. Extra person will be charged IDR 50,000 per person per night (no extra bed). 10. If Early Check In or Late Check Out will be charged IDR 50,000 per hour. 11. Late Check Out will be depends on the room availability. 12. Additional bed cover is IDR 50,000/pcs/night. 13. Additional breakfast is IDR 30.000/person. 14. If there are facilities that are not functioning properly, the GUEST is expected to report and URBANEST INN will repair them immediately. However, this will not make the GUEST entitled to compensation in any form. Facilities can be interrupted at any time for renovation, maintenance or construction.

It's nice, but it's not a smart TV yet, not to mention there are many TV channels that are not available and cannot be accessed. It's a shame because the place is very comfortable.

the hotel staff is friendly and very helpful. because there is no phone in the room when I asked for a morning call the staff actually knocked on the door to wake me up. the room is nice even though the sound from the next room can still be heard clearly. but the place is nice, quiet, not too many cars pass by because the area is inside

1. The bathroom is not clean & there is no hot water.
2. Breakfast comes late, already rushed to the office & breakfast is not in accordance with the price & does not include coffee or tea for breakfast.
3. The swimming pool is not cleaned every day

5. Check in & check out hours are too rigid, there is no tolerance for being late, while breakfast comes late every day until people have already rushed to the office.

I checked in in the evening, it was the security in the lobby, it took a long time for Dy to take care of him, his face was not friendly anymore, I asked why it took so long to take care of his check in? monitor, I've been waiting in the lobby for almost half an hour just to check in!! please, the security should be taught how to do it, so as not to make guests upset by waiting for a long time, where is it hot in the lobby?

The room have a bad smell, in every parts. Bed, pillow, bed sheet, blanket! Make us can't sleep. TV not workin well and also for AC. But, they've hot water so its help a lil bit.

The service was quite bad, the service was not friendly, the hotel atmosphere was tense, uncomfortable and smelled fishy. And again, please, if the room has stairs like this, it should also be shown in the photo and explained that in all the rooms here, to get to the bed you have to go up the stairs first.

Saya menginap 2 malam disini bersama anak2, hotel nya memang cukup lengkap dengan harga segitu. Kekurangannya, saya dapati bantal yang sangat2 bau 2 bantal seperti bau keringat akhirnya minta untuk di ganti yg tadinya hanya boleh sarung bantalnya saja. Ketika check out jam 5 krn pesawat jam 6, untuk kembalikan deposit tidak ada org sm sekali, security jg tidak ada sehingga kami memutuskan utk pergi sj krn mengejar waktu, tp ada wa ke pihak hotel utk kami co jam 6 pagi, pihakhotel membalas malam dan konfirmasi kalau jetpum toilet patah, padahal kami keluar dr sana dlm keadaan kondisi baik, mandi saja tidak sempat krn kesiangan, buang air kecil pun tidak. Sy minta cek cctv, dan akhirnya di tf utk deposit nya.

Lampu kamar mandi nya mati, sudah complain di WhatsApp tapi hanya di ready saja. Tidak ada penanganan yang serius. Karena kamar mandi adalah tempat yang butuh penerangan yang baik dimalam hari.
