It's pretty good. 😊 But with that price range, toiletries (toothpaste and toothbrush) should have been provided. The garden atmosphere is nice. For those who have an invitation event.

strategic location with the place I'm going to, good service, friendly staff, clean room, unfortunately there is no place to hang clothes/wardrobe and it's noisy at night so it's not comfortable for me when I'm going to sleep, but I want to stay there again, hopefully the room will be more comfortable, I will definitely give it 👍👍

In this hotel I have stayed in various types of rooms. The types of beds are different in the deluxe rooms. I happened to get a room that was less comfortable. So far it is still tolerable because the hotel has only been open for 2 months. Hopefully there will be improvements related to the standardization of facilities in the room.

Very disappointed with this stay experience, back to book again because the first experience was very impressive. But this time really disappointed, just because of late check in at 11 pm given the remaining room. Clearly I booked a week ago for a deluxe type room, but was given the remaining room because the deluxe room was released to another guest, sorry but we are hoteliers who understand OTA procedures, even a no show guest does not mean that the room that has been booked can be released, and what is more disappointing, the receptionist in front of the hospitality was not there, not even saying apologize, innocently just answered that the room was occupied. It's not a matter of price difference, but attitude does not pay much. No need to have a star standard room to get friendly service at least a smile. Thank you for the last experience. The room given was also full of mosquitoes.

The atmosphere of the environment is very homey, the hotel is quiet, comfortable and very clean. Didn't expect that with a budget under 200k you can get facilities that are beyond expectations, cold air conditioning and digital TV channels. The location is very strategic right on the edge of the main highway south connecting Cianjur Cipanas. Delicious and cheap food, friendly and very helpful hotel staff. The plan to stay 2 nights so extended to add 1 night. Suitable for families. A little deficiency may be the painting of the walls in the room but it can still be tolerated. God willing, will return to this hotel again in the near future. Thank you urbanview team.

Superb. The place is nice and clean, the food is also delicious, the service from the staff is very friendly. It's just too close to the main road so the sound of vehicles can be heard clearly. It will definitely be a mainstay place when you go to Cianjur.
