The staff is friendly, if you want to go out to find fried food and minimarket, they will lend you their motorbike. The upper balcony has a very clear view of Arjuna from end to end.

Friendly service and comfortable place

I stayed for 3 days 2 nights. The room & toilet were clean, comfortable. Close to tourist attractions & easy to find places to eat. It's just that the room is not soundproof so the sound from outside is very clear, not comfortable if you want to rest during the day/evening. For amenities, it would be nice to add, only got 2 small bars of soap during the stay. Thank you.

Staying here is highly recommended The staff and all employees are very helpful, the facilities are adjusted to current needs. Strong signal wifi, cleanliness, transportation is provided, kitchen, very close to the Jatim Park 2 tourist attraction, you can walk.

The check in process was very fast. The staffs were also very friendly and helpful. Super clean. It just took a while for the hot water to switch to hot. But everything is okay, Will come back there again. Thank you.

nicesssss...clean, the lounge on the 3rd floor is also comfortable, especially from the balcony, the view is directly of Mount Arjuna 🥰 but for my old feet, going up and down the stairs is really a struggle 😅 The best thing about going to JTP2 is just walking across the street 😎

Even though there is no elevator, the staff is very helpful. The location is really good, right in front of Jatim Park 2 (just walk), there is a shared kitchen and a place to relax with family, a top family room. It just needs additional amenities because it is very minimal

I wanted to just leave my bags at that time but was given early check-in access, even though at that time I didn't ask/confirm for it. All my bags were taken to the room without me asking. In terms of access, it's really easy to get to JTP 2 and BNS, you can also walk. JTP 1 is actually possible too, but you have to go through a very steep incline. Gocar from here to JTP 1, 2, 3, BNS, Brawijaya Oleh-Oleh, Alun-Alun, etc. is cheap. I gocared here for 4 days and it didn't even cost 1 million🫶 However, hehehe. Maybe in the future, please don't use bar soap hehehe. Also ask for shampoo to be provided. If possible, the room should be cleaned every day hehehe. Maybe if possible, they could also provide a hairdryer and a hot water machine that are usually found in hotel rooms :) The price is equivalent to a hotel that provides these facilities, that's the problem. Well, apart from that, it's worth staying here, and if I go to Batu, I want to stay here again hehehe🫶 PS: they have 2 views. One that faces the road looks at JTP 2 (there are mountains here too, but it's not good), and the other one faces the more "mountainous" houses. The best view is from the Family Room, the top room🫶

sorry to say it is very inconsistent with my order. I have asked the receptionist or employee there, they said that rooms 201-204 are all deluxe suites and the room numbers are randomly obtained from the system. I occupied room no. 201 and as in the photo, the room space is not like a Deluxe Suite Room which has a window and balcony in the corner. The room I got was like a regular Deluxe Room 😂 I took a weekday at this guest house so that it would not be too crowded with many guests, from the outside and from the room balcony it was visible that the room with a corner balcony had no guests. Then why did I who ordered a Deluxe Suite Room get a regular Deluxe Room?? 😂😂 I don't mind if the bathroom facilities are only soap and towels. But if the room that was ordered is not like this, what should I do? When I was there I didn't want to be crowded with the employee because the reason he gave the Room number according to the system. Because I ordered through the app, so please follow up on why a regular deluxe room was given to a guest who ordered a deluxe suite Room which is clearly different in the price paid.
