Check-in process was smooth. The bedroom was very clean but the space in the room was quite narrow. They have to upgrade/change their mattress to make it softer and more comfortable to sleep on. They also need to upgrade/change their pillows because they were small and thin. I would recommend providing more pillows for each bed so the guests can sleep better. Their staff was very friendly. Their Wi-Fi connection is often disconnected and 4G/5G reception for my cellular phone in the room was not good.

The room is clean, quite spacious and family friendly. The hotel is quite quiet so you can rest more comfortably. But if you want to find food, you have to go out a bit further because the hotel is in a residential area. So there are no food stalls around. I will stay here again next time. Thanks.

Location inside a housing complex, a la carte breakfast 1 person 1 menu of food and drink. not suitable for families with children or more than 1 suitcase. Rooms on the 2nd floor do not have anyone to help carry luggage so carry your own suitcase up the stairs.

When I called, then when I arrived, the service was very friendly. Entering the room was also very comfortable when I entered the bathroom, it was clean and spacious. Will come back again.

Noisy and the bed is hard. The room is not soundproof so if someone runs on the 2nd floor it can be heard on the 1st floor

The bed is actually 2 combined bed. The amenities is complete. The TV Channel is only national program. The parking is very limited and I waited for too long to go out because there was another car behind my car and the owner did not want to move it right away. Another thing that makes me uncomfortable during the sleep at night, we can hear voice from outside.

Because the location is inside the complex, so at certain hours some accesses shown by Google Maps are already on the portal, and it takes time to find the main 24-hour access. TV facilities are ndredet², many channels cannot be broadcast. The breakfast that I requested (according to the availability offered) with what came did not match. Example: drink request coffee, brought tea. Food request fried rice, brought chicken rice. Inconsistent.

I checked in around 3/4 pm (my room should have been ready) however, the process of arranging my room took quite a long time, until I was offered to be moved to a double bed room (I initially ordered a twin bed). I didn't have a problem with that because I just wanted to check in quickly at that time. However, when I entered the room, there were a lot of insect wings (termites), and the floor was not very clean. After I asked for it to be cleaned, it was clean, but it turned out that there was also a group of ants near the door. The sheets and bed cover/blanket were a bit messy, the size didn't seem to match the size of the mattress (my room's mattress was 2 twin beds combined into 1) so the sheets didn't cover the entire mattress properly, and the same goes for the blanket. What's even funnier is that I asked for breakfast to be delivered to my room. Then, the hotel asked me to go downstairs first so I could choose a food menu, but I didn't because they said the only menu available was fried rice, so I waited for the fried rice menu to come, but when it arrived, fried chicken rice came 🤣 I actually don't have a problem with the food menu provided because it was still proper and edible, but it's just weird, they said there was only fried rice but what came was chicken rice. I think this management needs a lot of improvement.

Wifi is difficult, signal is difficult. Have to ask for a reset every 1 hour, then you can use wifi The room is very different from the photo. There were 2x cockroaches in the bathroom. The room is cramped, the AC doesn't really work.

Marketing on social media can stay 24 hours, in fact when you get there you can only stay until 12 o'clock. The room is standard. The toilet leaks and seeps into the bathroom floor. No toilet paper. No Netflix. Only 1 pair of hotel slippers.

This guest house location is very comfortable, quiet and a lot off place for car parking. Bath room is not so clean and smelling, bed room is fine just fine not bad and not good also. Have been stay here two times both of them are five nights, what I like is the location of this guest house.

So far good hotel, clean, the neighbour also good. Near from train station. Lots parking space

The staff is not very friendly, the towels are not changed often (we got holes), the pillows are small and the bathroom is not very clean.

The toilet is very dirty, so the water for showering has to wait until it runs out and doesn't drip into the tank 👎👎

Cigarette smoke can enter the ventilation of my room. The corridor floor is dirty.

The staff is always alert, polite, etc. The accommodation is unique, comfortable and feels like home, etc. Hopefully it can be better so that it becomes a comfortable place to stay.
