Actually the place is cool, it's just that yesterday I got a room that was dusty and smelled musty. The bathroom had not been brushed clean on the floor, the drain had also accumulated hair from previous guests.

The room is very damp, the bathroom is dirty even though the sheets are replaced but the cover might not be washed for a long time so it's very dirty. Photos need updating not in accordance with actual conditions.

Order superior with breakfast which must be the most expensive room there. But it turns out that the hotel does not provide breakfast. Lights off. The TV signal is really bad.

Service sungguh di luar dugaan, sangat-sangat di luar expektasi. minta kamar bersih di kasi selimut ber corak warna warni bekas apa aku tidak tau deh. Ada meja, gak ada kursi, mungkin di suruh belajar ilmu melayang. Sisanya cukup oke.

booked the superior room, it was upstairs. (-) : the bathroom has no locks, the hot water didn't really works, the toilet is dirty, the jet shower water was dirty, the bedsheet & bedcover had stains, the bedcover is thin so didn't give a cosy feeling. (+) : the staff was helpful, free mineral water, tea, & coffee at the common area. quiet location & close to the place I wanted to visit.

The hotel staff is friendly. the bathroom and the room there are many centipedes. I saw 4 centipedes in the bathroom and 1 centipede in the bedroom. The dressing table design is not good (low mirror, but not equipped with a chair). The wardrobe door (sliding model) is very difficult to open. Towels and bed linen are worn.

Rather disappointing because the room and bathroom smell, very small, less clean, and different from expectations as well as related to breakfast because we thought it was rice only 2 bread but Alhamdulillah bread tasty. WiFi is a bit stuck. His service is friendly Alhamdulillah.
