Viena Hotel Purwokerto

Strategic location, close to the city center and town square.

I have stayed at the Viena Hotel twice and if I go to Purwokerto again, I will definitely stay at the Viena again, it's cheap, comfortable, clean and strategic😍

everything is okay. the downside is that they didn't give you coffee when you arrived. there are no chairs or tables in the room

Not bad, but the towels smell musty and the TV only shows a few channels

The hotel staff are friendly, this hotel is a new building so it's nice and clean, the rooms are very comfortable for that price 😁

The AC is not cold enough, I have reported it but it is still not satisfactory.

for those who have toddlers and have to make formula milk, not recommended. because there is no electric kettle provided, so if you need hot water you have to ask the receptionist to get hot water at the restaurant which also has to be opened first (you can't just take it freely) booked a deluxe room, but it turned out to be narrow, the distance between the bed and the wall to sit had to be tilted... AC was not cold, the technician came. he said that we turned on the wrong settings 🤣 (as if we were guests who had never used the AC), the technician checked the indoor and outdoor AC. still not cold. the bathroom had no key, the first day there was no toilet paper. the bathroom facilities were only soap, shampoo and towels TV had no signal, the technician set it up twice, then it didn't work again until we were too lazy to turn on the TV.. only a good wifi connection sorry...bad experience
