although the building and room facilities can be said to be quite old, but the view provided is very good. a clean stretch of beach, and many spots to sit and stare at the sea. access to the Anyer market is also close to find food. Definitely will come back!!!

The accommodation is close to the city center, the signboard is not very visible, from the highway to the right go in a little but the entrance looks poorly maintained. The accommodation does not provide drinks and food, it is better to prepare snacks or food ingredients. but if you want to eat out there are many choices of affordable seafood restaurants on the right side of the exit of the accommodation. The man guarding the gate is very friendly, we entered before check-in time and were allowed to enter the accommodation area to rest in the Saung2 in front of the accommodation. Assisted by Mba Lia for check-in who is also very friendly and kind. The other staff are also very friendly and helpful. coincidentally yesterday we stayed in 3 different types of rooms, Snail, Shrimp and Seahorse.

The room is clean and the environment is comfortable. The sound of the waves is very relaxing. And the swimming pool is clean and leads to the sea. So it makes you feel at home in the villa. My tip if you want to book this villa, bring karaoke and barbecue because the atmosphere is very comfortable and supportive accompanied by the roar of the waves

from the reviews, I don't know where the bad is, or maybe it was just good when I booked it. nice room, clean. The AC is also cold, the hot water works, soundproof, the villa is very private, maybe because the reviews are not good so the place is quiet. but that's the plus point, there is no one else besides us, so it's very private lol😁 my suggestion is that in the future the service will be better, the front plank is provided, the toilet is cleaner, the TV should have been set to turn on so the room isn't too quiet hehe. overall it's good, suitable for those who want to be alone with their family.

The service was terrible. We experienced several inconveniences due to the receptionist 's rude behavior and unfounded suspicion toward us. He was extremely rude, insisted that we hand over our ID in the middle of the night, and explained the room without any courtesy. When we briefly went out and returned, he suspected we were staying longer than one night while in fact we've already pay for two nights. It was very uncomfortable staying at this hotel. The receptionist might need professional help.

Affordable room price, suitable for hotel transit or events with large families, although there is no breakfast but the place is comfortable, clean and the view from inside the room is beautiful, the beach cannot be used for playing but it is enough to enjoy the surrounding atmosphere, worth it!

The location is the best. Right in front of the beach. Stayed in the Kuda Laut type. Open the room door and directly view the sea. Large room. Comfortable. Large bathroom with hot water. Minus the toilet because it is old. But it is still acceptable. The hotel atmosphere is beautiful, calm, comfortable. Really relaxing. Will come back again

What's up, first time I didn't stay here because I tried it, it needs a lot of maintenance, I also need to add a playground for the children because the pool is also very small, I stayed on Monday night in 2 rooms, the AC is not cold, the mattress is not comfortable, there is no refrigerator, there is no amenities, good atmosphere

Thursday 06/28/24. Got the seahorse room. Vacation with wife and children. Very memorable. Facilities ok. It turned out that only our family stayed that night. So feel free to explore. Night atmosphere and drizzle in the morning.

Lokasinya memang tidak terlalu jauh dengan kota atau perkampungan penduduk, tapi ketika sudah masuk ke areal Villa, seperti di tempat terasing dan jauh dari keramaian, sangat cocok untuk liburan bersama keluarga, air sungai nya bening banget, kolam renang nya kecil tapi cukup representatif, halaman luas, kamar bagus, pelayanan ramah. Recommended dengan harga yang minimalis.

Petama kali check in, masih bingung karena ruang reseptionist gak propper dan beberapa staf kurang ramah, untuk pantai dan tempatnya bagus, cuma kalo bisa konsumen di kasih air mineral karema perjalanan jauh.

Intinya saya sangat tidak menyarankan kalian menginap di penginapan ini, pelayanan staff sangat tidak ramah dan sangat arogan sekali, saya baru tau kalau ada villa/penginapan yang tidak boleh keluar masuk ke kawasan penginapan kalau di atas jam 10 malam, ini penginapan atau pesantren? Saya tidak jadi menginap karena dilarang masuk kalau di atas jam 10 malam setelah check in dan katanya kalau sudah check in gak boleh keluar kawasan penginapan juga kalau sudah di atas jam 10 haha gokil parah penginapan ini, padahal saya sudah konfirmasi lewat telfon kalau saya akan telat sampai penginapan karena masih diperjalanan dari luar kota tapi pegawai penginapannya marah-marah di telfon kalau gak bisa masuk lagi, terpaksa uang hangus karena tidak jadi menginap di sana. Pelayanan yang sangat-sangat buruk sekali, saat dikonfirmasi untuk datang check in lewat telfon saya dimaki-dimaki karena mau check in terlambat, akhirnya tidak jadi menginap padahal saya memesan type kamar kuda laut disaat high seasson, saya merasa dirugikan sekali.
