strategic location, security guards are ready to help if there are any problems.. security is great, it's just a shame that the house is not well maintained, there are lots of mold everywhere and there are cockroaches, it leaks when it rains, if you lean against the wall the chalk paint sticks to your clothes.. it's a shame that such a nice villa should be better maintained..

Very Bad stay experience When we first arrived, we were greeted by 3 cockroaches The bathroom smelled of cockroaches, it was SO smelly! The back room smelled musty, damp, the walls were full of mold, the aura of spirits was very noticeable at night, the spring bed collapsed. The kitchen area has white water in the sink, the kitchen set & kitchen equipment are old/a bit dirty The TV table is dusty The admin & check-out process is very easy, this is a villa with a trust concept. Check-out, pick up/leave the key at the security post without meeting the unit owner.

The place is comfortable and clean. Only the water can't be hot.

The place is clean, the surrounding environment is clean and comfortable. The only downside is that there is no cutting board and the hot water can only be hot, not warm, so you have to mix hot water with cold water first if you want to take a warm shower. Other than that, the place is comfortable. If you go to Batu again, you might stay here again

The shower is dead, there are lots of mice, the drawers smell like rat shit, the kitchen area doesn't smell good. The room has a lot of dust.

It's nice, clean and the AC is cold, but unfortunately the stove is broken and the kitchen equipment, like the bowls, are lacking.

The downside is that the water heater cannot be used. The stove is hard to turn on. If you want to take a shower with hot water, it takes a long time because you have to wait for the water to boil first.

Air mati tanpa ada pemberitahuan sebelumnya sehingga kesulitan air.

Akomodasi full 1 rumah komplit perabot, sangat memuaskan untuk tempat istirahat keluarga. Harga sangat terjangkau, lain kali mau nginap lagi in saya Allah

Lokasinaya cukup strategis, villanya cukup untuk keliarga kecil berisikan 4-5 orang, tapi water heater ga hidup, walau sudah mesin heater sudah di on kan, kunci pintu utama juga agak aneh nguncinya (ngunci, tapi agak nyantol dan ga full ngunci), tiap pagi dan malem kalau di buka pintunya siap-siap ada kucing ngeong-ngeong dan sering masuk sampai kadang buat baju-baju di sofa kotor, jadi pintu harus sering di tutup, yang agak sedih soalnya di batu yang di cari adalah udaranya. Netflix ga berfungsi, cuma Youtube. But so far, all is good. Oh resepsionis juga 24 jam ada di post satpam.

The mattress in the next room was not good, the twin bed was lower.

1. AC doesn't work. 2. The property is not well maintained. 3. When I was drinking, I saw that the hose was covered in moss. 4. Small water tap. 5. We are all disturbed by the ghost of the house. Finally, the 4 of us slept in the front room with a fan.

The villa is very comfortable, clean, complete with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, living room.

It's really cheap, the price is 285, you can get the whole house and facilities. The house is a new building, the service is very fast and top notch. It's just that the equipment is not complete and clean, hopefully more will be available in the future. Thank you sis.

The worst villa I've ever booked😭 the sheets weren't changed, they were full of lizard droppings. Hot water doesn't work, dirty floor. Anyway, I won't want to come back to this villa again.

The location is close to tourist attractions and souvenir centers. The villas are clean and comfortable. Complete and adequate facilities. The guards are friendly and responsive.
