I took the villa group type.
Overall, the room and facilities are good. The room is a lesehan type, sleeping with a thick but comfortable mattress. The balcony door had no lock when we stayed so it was quite worrying if you bring small children.
Access to the villa from the parking lot is quite uphill and is not recommended for those who are physically weak or have special needs such as the disabled. The stairs are quite high and there is no ramp to pull suitcases for those bringing wheeled suitcases. must be lifted by hand.
The rest is good for access to beach tourist attractions around the villa.

everything is actually ok but with that price wifi should not need to be asked for the password should be available on the table and the network should also be ok but sometimes the network is lost
then for the mirror in my opinion it must be in the room not just in the bathroom
for the water is also not strong enough when taking a shower and for the hot water also turns off in the morning
but for the view it's cool right towards the beach👍
hopefully this will be an improvement for the facilities
but for the service the mother is quite friendly🙏

Got a room on the 2nd floor with a beautiful sea view. Order a group villa and get a premium 5 bed, the room and bathroom are very spacious. There is a dispenser, so if you want to make coffee or cold water, it is very easy. But there are some things that need to be fixed, the stairs to the room are not very safe, such as the handrail that can collapse if touched with a little force, wifi and tv that cannot be accessed. Overall this is a pleasant experience, if I have the opportunity to go to Gunung Kidul again, I will probably book the Orion villa again

Like the building, modern minimalist. It doesn't make you dizzy because the wall paint is colorful, clean. The stairs are very steep, not recommended if you bring elderly people. Before coming, ask for an extra bed, they said @90 thousand. I took 2 extra beds, gave money on the spot 200 thousand and didn't get the change. I even reconfirmed with the woman who wrote the order "I already gave the money for 2 extra beds earlier, 200 thousand". She replied "yes, I received it earlier". Oh yeah, that means there was no intention of giving change

Admin and Staff Very Friendly. The rooms are spacious, clean and smell good. Soft mattress. Soft bed cover. There is a sofa bed, TV, electric kettle and towels. Spacious car park combined with large buses, there is a prayer room and lots of food stalls. Ordering food via WhatsApp/telephone at Warung Doyong can be delivered to your room. Next to Ngandung Beach, just walk a few steps from the parking lot. The beach is clean, quiet, beautiful but the waves are big.

The hotel admin and staff are friendly. The room is clean, the mattress contains 5 beds, the exbed still fits. The bathroom is clean and large, there is a water heater. Dispenser and TV. Next to Ngandong Beach, just walk a few steps. The beach is clean, quiet and beautiful, but the waves are big so you have to be careful when playing in the water. Large parking lot, there is a prayer room and lots of food stalls. Food orders at Warung Doyong can be delivered to your room.

I was really happy to find this villa from various villas that were fully booked because of the long weekend. Apart from being close to the beach, the rooms are really comfortable! Clean and cool even though you have to climb a mountain while carrying a suitcase as big as Gaban but it's fun and exciting too! In the morning at Tawarin Sunrise, in the afternoon at Tawarin Sunset. There are lots of food places around the villa, but those who help deliver it to the hotel also have stalls so it's really simple, just order, then we'll help you deliver it. Anyway, it's really nice and comfortable. Next holiday to Jogja, you can come here again hihi

The villa is still new, unfortunately the wifi is difficult, and the cable TV doesn't work. The breakfast is quite good and the villa caretaker is very friendly. I'm quite satisfied, the building is also new and still clean, very close to the beach 🤎.

Secara keseluruhan siip dan sangat recommended. Hanya kurang untuk akses naik nya. Tangganya tinggi, harus hati hati jika bawa bocil bocil atau lansia. Dibuat jalur jalan kaki lainnya yang tdak terlalu naik. Serta untuk wifi tidak bsa digunakan. Untuk lainnya semua recommended. Insyaallah liburan kesini lagi. Maturnuwun. 🙏.
