When we arrived, there was human waste in the toilet, green moss everywhere, the room was very humid, and there was no trash can. It was really unkempt.

Not worth selling, the price and facilities provided are not appropriate, should be closed to guests if it is still messy and under renovation. - no receptionist. - AC is not cold. - dirty bathroom. Highly not recommended for bookings in the near future. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

When I entered, I was not served by the hotel staff, and my suitcase was not helped to be lifted. Even though I booked two rooms because I was with my family, it was difficult for me to stay at the hotel.

The room is spacious, but the pillows smell of armpits. The towels also smell of armpits. No toothbrush provided, only one towel, no mineral water provided either. It seems like the towels are not washed, only dried.

The condition of the room is very inadequate, the pillows smell, the refrigerator smells, the room is dusty and unclean, the bathroom is not clean, the air conditioning is good. The bathroom ventilation cannot be locked, so it is prone to people climbing there and entering the room. Please improve it.

The bathroom is dirty and crusty, It's not worth it to stay here. The villa doesn't provide towels and soap. There's also a TV but there's no socket. It's funny. The waiters are not friendly, around the hotel it seems like they're not being taken care of. Anyway, less satisfactory.
