Perfect place for family with kids. Totally convenient, warm and kind staff. Been back here quite frequently. We also can work from home here while watching kids swim. Highly recommended!

this place is so quite and nice. so clean, kind and nice workers. even I came early 2 hours they kept my bags and gave me drinks in the pool area. I will definitely stay here every time I come to Jakarta. amazing hotel 👍🏼

Worth for money. With a very affordable price but can get good facilities and services. Get free breakfast too. The downside is the water heater doesn't seem to work well (?) because the water doesn't feel so warm. But that's okay, with this price I'm very satisfied.

The initial reason for staying here was because it was difficult to find a hotel at 2 am with late check-in. When I entered the lobby, it felt really homey. I was immediately offered breakfast because it was time for sahur and it was delivered around 4 am. Because my body was sweaty all day, I wanted to take a warm shower. But it turned out the hot water wasn't on. I complained to the receptionist, the guy came in to check the water and it wasn't cold. What could I do, I had to take a cold shower at dawn. In the afternoon, the hot water could suddenly be used and was very hot, but it didn't take long for it to return to cold water. Overall, all kinds of services are actually good, the location is also good and the shape of the building is also good. In terms of comfort, it is also very comfortable. If asked whether I would repeat there, maybe yes. Because facilities such as Netflix are also given free access. The water heater can only be improved. Thank you.

was put in a room with broken aircon. took 3 painfully sleepy hours to move. the new room’s netflix’ troubled but i had no more energy to request another move. pretty disappointed actually

Stayed in a comfort room type but when asked "this is a standard type" when I said I ordered comfort, I was immediately told it was suitable, even though comfort has a sofa in the room 😊 Even if not all rooms don't have a sofa, there should have been information beforehand.

Hunger is not available, the room description does not match the original which said there was a refrigerator but it was not. The shampoo soap seems to be added with water because it is not like usual. 2x booking in this room type always get the same room. Several times staying here, with different types but always get the same room 🤣.

Not according to the description, they said there was a refrigerator but it wasn't, there were no mats or hangers, and the AC wasn't cold. The room smelled damp, the blanket wasn't clean. Usually I ordered deluxe and wanted to try the eco type but it turned out to be disappointing 🥴.
