I booked the comfort room, it was huge! the ac somehow wasn't cold enough for the room. the bathroom was really small I barely could fit myself lol. staff was friendly, included netflix, and superb fast wifi. overall good!

W Home truly feels like home. Well-maintained room and very polite staffs give us enough privacy but still in a very convenience way. Everyone is very helpful, I’m definitely a regular.

Have nothing bad to say. My stay was amazing. The location is easy to reach and near with everything you need. It is located near pasar santa, deket makanan 2 favorit gue, tuku, seafood 68 santa, and the staffs were super nice and fast response. Keep it up always. I will be back soon.

The downside is still the hot water for bathing. Maybe the system can be improved again, so that the hot water is consistent. During my time there, I never got hot water for more than 2 minutes haha. In fact, there was often no hot water.

really good. the room is spacious, big TV, Dolby sound, soft bed. the toilet is really aesthetic wow. got a dining table and some sofas. the breakfast is really delicious, especially the village fried rice, must try

It was great experience. The staff is friendly and patient, the meal is also good. Room space and ambience is great too. I only have 1 suggestion. When the room door is opened, the first scenery you can look is the bath. And with transparent glass, everybody can look from outside the door. Maybe switch the angle of the door is better

1st night there was no hot shower. Reported the next day, they said, you have to turn on the AC to 16 degrees full fan to get the hot shower running, cause they are using the heat from the AC. Very strange to be honest, you have to feel freezing to get the hot shower. But, the next day even I did what they asked, the hot shower still off, engineering came, and saying theres some issue, but its too late, so we left without showering. Upset with the service so far. And mind you there will be always some drunk people staying here and they did knock your room around 4-5am when the underground bar closes. No compensation from the hotel! But it's a nice hotel, clean and spacious.

It’s always good staying here, but I hope the management can provide breakfast and cattle water also coffee sachets. As the hotel prices are not cheap. Hope can provide coffee inside and breakfast

Best experience affordable price eventho quite higher compare weekdays, super clean and wifi strong as well, you can just walk to go to cafes and restaurants around. As you can see the unique transparan bathroom lol
