Wanderlust Homestay

Sorry in advance, actually the room is comfortable with cold air conditioning, unfortunately the homestay is combined with the owner of the place, the downstairs is used by the owner of the place, the upstairs is for renters so it's awkward to go back and forth because if you go downstairs there will definitely be a family who owns the place

The hotel is clean enough for the price, the staff is friendly. There is a TV and AC. The location is really strategic, this is the best. There is also bread for breakfast.

Alhamdulillah, staying there felt like staying at my own family's house, the mother and father were kind. Masya Allah, I will go back there again if I return to Jogja 🙂🥰.

Very suitable for taking children for a walk, especially budget backpackers. Coincidentally, I went from Semarang to Jogja with my husband and children on a motorbike because we were just immigrants, in Semarang we only rented a motorbike so we just had gas until we arrived in Jogja 😁 too and the accommodation at Wanderlust was much better than the one that said it was sharia but it wasn't that sharia. Staying at wanderlust feels like home 🤗😊.

It's best not to include it in the app because it has the potential to disappoint customers.

The innkeeper is very friendly, the rooms are also very comfortable, the toilet is clean, the AC is cold, and you can get toast for breakfast.

For that price, it's really cheap and you get toast for breakfast. The first night the AC wasn't cold, but it was my fault for not immediately asking for help to fix it because after it was fixed it was immediately cold. The place is like staying at a relative's house, the owner is friendly. We paid an additional accommodation tax fee if I'm not mistaken of 20 thousand/night, but it didn't matter because it was still relatively cheap. The location is also close to Malioboro, about 7 minutes walk, a bit into an alley but not too far to enter.

There are additional taxes, then the area becomes an alley, I'm a bit afraid of the environment. I don't have the experience here anymore.

Homestaynya masuk gang, tidak recommended untuk yang bawa koper atau barang banyak, lebih cocok untuk backpacker. Gang masuknya juga sempit banget hanya bisa 1 motor, jadi harus turun dipinggir jalan terus jalan ke dalam gang, kebayang kan gimana repotnya kalo bawa barang banyak? Lingkungan homestay juga berisik, saya sampai kebangun terus karena mengira hari sudah pagi akibat mendengar orang-orang yang ngobrol gak berhenti-henti. Mulai dari suara tv sampai suara anak kecil dan orang dewasa, semua jadi satu, fyi kita tinggal serumah yaa sama pemiliknya, jadi suasana nya ramai sekali, benar-benar seperti menumpang di rumah orang asing. Big no untuk kalian yang introvert dan butuh suasana tenang untuk istirahat. Kamarnya juga sempit, kasurnya bau nya aneh dan agak keras, pintu kamar susah ditutup, belum buka koper saja sudah susah mau bergerak🥲 seperti kebesaran kasur. Iya saya tau ini homestay, tidak bermaksud “ngelunjak”, tapi dengan harga 200ribu lebih setidaknya tolong ditingkatkan lagi, contohnya penyediaan botol air mineral di kamar atau sabun dan shampoo. Poin plus nya hanya owner yang sangat ramah dan baik, juga menyediakan sarapan yaitu roti dan teh hangat, saya juga dijemput saat tiba di Jogja dan tidak dikenakan biaya lagi, lokasi juga dekat dengan malioboro.

Pertama kali ke jogja. Masih buta. Cari pginapan dekat malioboro tipe homestay, mohon maaf sebelumnya tapi untuk parkirannya zonk, saya pakai mobil dan parkiran tidak tersedia. Berhubung lokasi masuk dalam gang dan tidak ada jalan lain, hanya motor yang bisa masuk dalam gang. Dan gangnya sempit. Mohon maaf lagi sebelumnya, ini home stay yang bener bener kita numpang dirumah orang. Dan pas saya mau check in, nunggu lama karena bapak yang punya sedang mandi (mungkin) saya pun mau numpang kamar mandi karena kebelet pipis muter-muter cari penginapan ini, tapi cuma tersedia 1 kamar mandi yang posisinya sedang digunakan pemilik rumah 🙏 saya tidak mengerti apa kamar mandinya cuma satu atau saya nggak boleh numpang kamar mandi, nggak lama langsung saya pamit pergi dan cari penginapan lain. Mungkin cocok untuk backpacker ato yang jalan sendiri-sendiri, tp tidak cocok untuk menginap bersama keluarga.

Alhamdulillah MasyaAllah, a homestay that is like home sweet home in your own home, free to drink free tea and coffee, there is a balcony for relaxing with coffee, going to Malioboro is really cool. The little kid who owns the homestay is cute, I came and hugged him🥰😚🤗🥹

As for cleanliness, it is really clean. Close to Tugu and Malioboro stations. It's just the alley that's not good.

Feels like I'm at home, simple, comfortable, clean, I really love it, if I go to Jogja I will definitely stay here again, 🥰.

There 's a hair in the toilet in the first day I came. I found a dirty glass in the clean glass area, seems the worker forget to wash it. The AC its too cold. Location is near to malioboro. They give a toast but its not eatable. But okey the price was so cheap.

Very close to the station, comfortable room, at that price.

The location is in an alley close to Malioboro and the Tugu Station. Rooms with decent facilities according to price.
