Located in the heart of Bogor City, hassle-free to go to anywhere from here. You can walk from the hotel to many popular food destinations in Bogor City such as Macaroni Panngang, Kencana and Sempur Park street food bazaar. We had a great staying experience with Whiz Prime Hotel. Room was clean even though the bathroom is quite small, the staffs were nice and the complementary lemon juice tasted perfect.

the bathroom door is almost off, the toilet is very dirty, there is no shampoo, only soap, no cup for toothbrush, only 1 sandal, breakfast is ok 8/10, children pay 50 thousand, the swimming pool is clean but a bit shabby, only 2 pillows are provided, the room window can be opened on the 9th floor if there are small children please be extra careful, the sound from outside can be heard clearly in the room, the door lock is broken, for me it's quite good but if I come back again I don't think I'm sorry

Input for Hotel Management:
1. Technically.
Check out info at 12.00 the receptionist was already on standby at 10 am calling the room as if confirming to evict the guest, while when checking in we waited more than 14.30 and without fast room boy service to help with guest luggage and without welcome drink.
2. We booked 2 rooms and both of them one of the liquid soap dispensers was OUT OF STOCK.
3. BED COVER AND SHEET were dirty as if they had not been changed from the previous guest.
4. At 9.00 am, the room access card could no longer be accessed to enter our room.
5. BREAKFAST..I understand...Just so-so...
6. Separate Toilet and Shower, a bit troublesome going back and forth. and the water stagnated above the Toilet until it was wet and muddy even though there was a foot towel.
7. The toilet smelled when flushing...
