I only spent the night at the accommodation. I was kind of expecting the ambiance could be better, just like the one I saw in the other branch in Jakarta. Overall, nothing much to complain about as for the overnight price offered, it seems cheaper compared to others.

a bit surprised the first time I stayed at Whiz Sudirman Pekanbaru.. got a room on the 11th floor which was beyond my expectations even though it had a nice city view 🤣 the room was very small, the bathroom door couldn't be closed, the room door couldn't be locked, the AC was noisy, the sheets had black stains.. but after repeatedly complaining to the FO, I was finally given a new room 😁

Quite comfortable and also okay for transit. Although only a few hours there, but the service and response of the hotel staff are quite okay. It's just that the location of the hotel is not around places and crowded centers such as shopping, so it takes effort to go out or order if you want to eat or hang out.
