a little story that made my family panic but was resolved with the help of the hotel staff.
so because of the many activities, I skipped (wrong date) when booking this accommodation.
I arrived there at night, but the officer said there was no booking in my name.. after being traced, it turned out to be my mistake, clicking the wrong date (February) 🤣
with a fast response from the staff, they asked me to reschedule from the application.. after being approved, Traveloka contacted me, then spoke to the staff.. I was immediately given the room key.

I stayed with a team, at that time for a championship at the Ciracas Sports Hall. It turned out that the place was strategic with lots of culinary cakes and fried foods, in the morning you can have breakfast in front of the hotel, 100 meters away there is a porridge seller and a mini market, but when I moved rooms there was a bathroom that smelled bad. Hopefully it will be an evaluation material for this accommodation. Hopefully in the future it can be better. Overall everything is ok. If there is an activity and I have to stay again, I will definitely choose here again.
